Aibo Task helps field-service teams and independent operators manage work from a mobile-first operational workspace. Personal users can create a one-user workspace with an auto-renewable in-app subscription. Organization users sign in to an invited workspace. Available data and actions follow the user's role and the permissions managed by the organization. Core workflows include: - service requests, work orders, and assigned schedules - a dispatch map for authorized roles and an assignment-bound internal visit map for technicians - active visits with notes, materials, photos, signatures, and reviewable evidence - offline visit continuity with later synchronization on supported mobile devices - customers, sites, assets, inventory, and service contracts - quality review and traceable operational handoffs Ludo AI is an optional add-on that can organize context and propose reviewable next steps when the organization enables it, the user is permitted, and quota is available. Core field workflows remain available without AI. Personal workspaces are limited to one user and one workspace. A Personal subscription requires an in-app purchase. Optional Ludo AI capabilities and credit packs, when offered, require a separate in-app purchase.
