Aibo Task

Aibo Task helps field-service teams and individual operators manage work from a mobile-first operational workspace. Personal users can create an account in the app and activate a one-user workspace with an auto-renewable Apple In-App Purchase subscription. Organization users can sign in to an existing invited workspace to review assignments, open job context, complete structured work logs, attach evidence, coordinate dispatch, and maintain operational traceability. Organization access requires an active invitation and an entitlement managed by the organization. Core workflows include: - maintenance, repair, installation, and ductwork execution - task board, scheduler, and dispatch map coordination - photos, notes, signatures, and proof-of-service capture - document QA, approvals, and technician KPI follow-up - customers, providers, procurement, and service contracts - Ludo AI assistance with AI credits available for the workspace Personal workspaces are limited to one user and one workspace.
