Paying $400 a Year for a Service I Can’t Use – No Support at All
I am truly shocked by the lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customers.
I have been unable to use the service for several weeks due to a login issue, and despite paying $400 per year, I have received absolutely no support. I have contacted customer support multiple times over several weeks and never received a single reply.
What makes this even worse is that I also tried reaching out through different platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, but once again, no one ever responded.
This level of customer neglect is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a company that charges premium prices. Paying customers should not be ignored like this. At the moment, I am paying for a service that I cannot use at all.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service unless customer support drastically improves.

Disconnect prompt
I have been using this app for two years and I updated yesterday since then I continue to get a disconnect and reset prompt. I can't do anything with this app at the moment. It seems that there is a new bug or a new fix that needs to happen.

I have the premium version on this app and for a few days now I have not been able to use it keep getting a message says I have to disconnect I have tried everything and still it doesn’t work I don’t know who to contact in regards to this problem I paid for the year so I am not sure how to cancel if it’s not working

My Favorite AI app no longer works
I have had the premium version of this app for about a year and I’ve never had any issues but for the last four days every time I message I receive a “disconnected, please reset”error. I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled the app causing me to lose all of my history yet still nothing works. I really don’t want to cancel my subscription but if it doesn’t work by tomorrow I will have to find a new favorite. Hopefully they can fix this issue.

Doesn’t do anything more that free AI’s do. They do not answer messages. Does not give you more than 200ish words. I asked it to write 1,000 and it gave me 200. I asked it to write 800 words, gave me 200 words.

Can't log into my paid account on the app.
I have an annual subscription to Copy.AI on my laptop, but for some reason I'm never able to find how to login on the app, so after each query, I'm limited to only one, I am prompted to upgrade to a subscription to continue.
So basically I get one question per day or week and then an upsell. Really frustrating.

Excellent app with one glaring oversight
I would love to plunk down my money and purchase the premium version of this app, because it really is one of the better AI writing tools, but I just can't bring myself to do it since they don't provide Dark Mode. I simply cannot stare at blinding white screens anymore. I sure hope the developers will offer this feature soon.

I have a subscription with www.copy.ai. I was curious to learn why there is a separate charge and I could t see any of my projects. I learned that this app is not affiliated with the site at all. It looks and feels like the same company but it isn’t. If there is a declaration sayin so, I missed it. If there isn’t, there should be.

After buying copy.Ai for the desktop I found this app with the same logo on the App Store everything seemed to fit the same as the brand and for formatting however after contacting the real copy.Ai it’s confirmed this is not their app.
