App has terrible experience
Very difficult to use with so many taps required and back and forths on multiple screens. Adding a patient is a complex and tedious task. Login errors and password resetting are difficult to handle. What should be a simple app has been made sooo complex. Shouldn’t be as info dense as Shopee, which is what they may have patterned after. The kits are needlessly convoluted too and contrast is too bad it’s difficult to read. Seems like they prioritized illustration and graphics that they forgot to actually do proper app experience. So frustrating for a good potential for a local app. 😕

I tried the doctors appointment then was entering the address and it does not save!
