I can’t view the photos in my phone that I intend to save in Airdisk. The app seems not updated.
Missing file transferred to my phone
hi! Can you guys help me? I cut and transfer a video file to my phone (from my apricot otg using aidisk app) and when it was finish the video didn't appear on my phone. Tried to search for it but no results :(
SUBTITLE ISSUE
Its a really useful app especially when using an OTG on iphone. I could easily transfer and backup files and document from pc to my phone. The only problem i encounter is when playing a video with subtitle. The letters are so small and doesn’t have stroke, making it harder to read. Hope they fix that.

Suddenly cannot transfer files
Been using this with my Apricot OTG and was working perfectly when all of a sudden I can no longer transfer my files. I’m not sure if this has limits on the number of pictures or total file size etc. And I don’t know where to ask or complain about this.

Can’t transfer my photos
I’m having a hard time transferring all my photos and videos to the USB. I hope, you’ll have a regular update on this app. Please. The USB OTG has really helped me a lot on storing and keeping my files safe but on just a glimpse of seconds, I barely can’t transfer my files anymore. 😢
Rant
I do not know why my otg became like this like after 2 months since I bought it. At first, It works so fine. But then I noticed that the file cannot copy anymore to my phone. The otg sometimes get corrupted. Hope to find a solution and give us tips to longer the life of this flashdrive. Not satisfied consumer here.

Cannot Properly Organize
I created folders to organize the contents, cut and paste by individually selecting photos because there’s no option for select-all or something like that. Then after I chose to back-up again, the photos that were moved to another folder just got duplicated at the original back-up folder since it was still stored in my phone, hence the files just got piled up. Sadly I wasn’t able to recognize this sooner that’s why my otg storage space easily fill up. I hope this can be fixed.

Should have per folder feature
This app does not have a feature of per folder for photos, videos, music, documents, etc. Also, you will choose the file manually. If I want to transfer multiple file, you need to choose one by one. They do not have the feature of sliding your fingers then all files will be selected. Please add those features so that this app can be more efficient to use.

Newbie
The app doesn't allow epub files to be transferred to iBooks. Aside from that, the app works only in portrait. I hipe this can be remedied soon.
LOST FILES
I cant even contact customer support. I have 2 folders. I clicked on my folder for pictures and deleted the whole folder. Turns out my other folder was also deleted. I check before removing the drive and it 900 of the files were still there. 10 mins after, zero files were there.
Sad
It keeps on saying that i have “ insufficient memory capacity “ on the app even if the usb otg is empty, i cant transfer files from my phone to the otg anymore
Additional feature
I hope there would be an update for this app where users can select pictures "by album" and not just "by photo". It takes a lot of time to select photos from years ago as we have to scroll it down to bottom. 🤞🏼 Thank you!

I can’t view my downloaded videos and the photos that i exported in the usb were gone everytime i disconnect the usb.
Can’t rename files
Kindly add a functionality that will allow renaming of the files.
