About
AIGuide turns the streets you're already walking into a living museum. As you approach a landmark, museum, monument, or historic church, your phone narrates its story in your ears — automatically, hands-free.
How it works
• Tap Start Tour. AIGuide finds historical sites near you using OpenStreetMap.
• Walk. When you cross 100 metres of a site, the narration begins.
• Each story is generated fresh by an AI narrator drawing on Wikipedia, then read aloud in a natural voice.
• Skip, replay, or open the map to see what's around you.
What you get for free
• 60 narrations per month. The counter resets on the first of every month.
• No account. No ads. No tracking.
• Works in any city with Wikipedia coverage.
Built for walking
AIGuide is designed for the foreground, with AirPods or your phone speaker. Lock the screen, drop the phone in your pocket, and keep walking — the next site is already prepared in the background.
About the narration
Stories are produced by Claude (Anthropic) drawing on the Wikipedia article for each site. Every narration ends with an "AI-generated" disclosure, and you can report any inaccurate or inappropriate one with a single tap.
Privacy
AIGuide doesn't ask for an account or your name. Your location is used on-device to find nearby sites; only an approximate bounding box leaves your device, sent to OpenStreetMap. We don't sell or share your data and don't use it for advertising. Full policy: https://aiguide-privacy.netlify.app/privacy
