The app is showing same data report in the history and same report in the full report chart please fix it asap, as it is getting inconvenient to check the progress of tests in the test history chart

Extremely poor. Extremely slow. Some times some options got deleted.

Give the option to edit data

In the app give the option to edit some data that might have been feed by error. Like an a member got added twice and is being shown as two different persons.
There should be option of adding patientwise phone number.

No back button

If we select any option there is no back button. Really disappointing in 2023-24 how can you do this type of common mistakes you are really going to ignore the users feelings
