Used phone number as acct number
Using phone number as account number worked for me. Was in English so thankful for that.

I entered my cell number as my account number and that worked.
Not able to register to use app
The app requires an account number and password to sign in, if you try to set one up you need an ACCOUNT number….i don’t have an account so why would I have an account number. The machine is great….the app is unusable
Not so helpful App
This app needed to be shareable to Apple Health if it’s going to be competitive and valuable. Sharing information is the only way you can get by in today’s world.
Where’s the account number ????
While the monitor is easy to setup and use sadly that is not the case with the app. For registration and to keep history of the reading you need an account number when trying to register this device and that number is no where to be found.
Can’t Set Up Account
In order to save your data’s, you need to set up an account. However, you need the account number which didn’t come with any information. Support is nonexistent.

Not interfacing with BP monitor
I have the Alphamed Blood pressure monitor and the dates and times are not synced with what is on the blood pressure monitor which I setup properly. Took blood pressure on 12/8 at 10:01 pm and the app says that I took it on 12/9 at 11:01 pm. Not good if your looking at trends.
Ouch
Had to use my Chinese to English dictionary to figure out how to fill out my profile. Date/Time is not correctly sync to the blood pressure machine. Your app doesn’t recognize my product so no way to add it…. Get busy and at least fix the Date/ Time sync issue.

You have to download and use Health Diary by MedM. Easy set up and use.
Poor App - needs work
I bought an Alphamed blood pressure monitor. This is the companion software for the monitor. Setup probably would have been easy if I spoke Chinese/Korean or whatever the default language is. Finally I figured it out. Why do I need to register an account?
The app needs Apple Health integration. Since the app has not been updated in a year, who knows if integration will happen.

Need to improve.
I like the BP machine. Much easier to use. However I need it to export to my Apple Health app automatically such like the other good apps like Withings. Also the registration number on the app makes no sense.
App rarely works
Requires an account number. Where does one get that? The instructions have many misspelled words. The unit takes my blood pressure but the software is poor.
Impossible to Register
Downloaded this to support the BP monitor I purchased from Alphamed. The app looks quite nice in screenshots, but registering requires an account number (which really makes no sense when you think about). So, you can only use it as a guest. I’ve written Alphamed about this. If they get me a good answer, I’ll update my review.

Would be useful to connect to Apple health. Also as previously mentioned cannot register as do not have an account number

It would be very helpful to be able to register this properly, but how can you without an account number? Where do you get one from? The kit itself is very very good but unfortunately I can’t register! Unless somebody’s got any ideas?
Easy to connect to device
The app easily connects to the blood pressure device but data is not being synced to Apple Health. The ability to sync blood pressure data would have made it 5 star.
