Aiki Jo / Suburi and Kata

Aiki Jo / Suburi and Kata by Miles Kessler

User reviews

Must pay to access most material

Free material is very well done, shows several different jo and bokken kata. Each clip can be shown from different angles, a lot of thought went into this. The free stuff is a small portion of the app though, you must pay to unlock most of the material. If you are a student of Saito or Iwama style then this is a good guide and might be worth paying to unlock. I'm not so I will take a pass.
