Dr accessibility
Initially it took me a while to sign up but once I got clearance my experience with the doctor was quite thorough and having the convenience of the consultation at home helped tremendously as I didn’t have to take my mum to a clinic where I didn’t know the doctor. I can refer back to the same doctor and proceed without any hassles ahead.

Pathetic customer service
tried using support chat and its been 2 weeks theres no response
