Not supporting older NAS
App automatically updated, now I can’t access my NAS on 3.5.9 (and the NAS itself don’t support 4.0)

Pretty good app, for basic management and receiving notifications.
Sometimes one time password can’t be properly inserted (copied or can’t focus back to the field).
I am really missing an option to remotely decrypt a folder.
Well also missing an option to encrypt entire volume (in ADM), but well…
there’s also missing option to manage DDNS config.
I quite like the option to share login credentials between Asustor apps.

急に使えなくなった
ADM4以上じゃないと使えないとの警告が出るものの、対処策無し。

Lost my ADM 3.x - If they release two versions, how can I prevent an automatic update of a single app?

突然、以下のメッセージが表示された。うちのは古い機種なので4へのアップできない。どうにかならないかな？

Je ne peux plus me connecter à mon asustor 604t depuis la dernière mise à jour. Je dois passer à adm 4. Mais asustor ne le propose pas. Je fais comment ?
Access to More Stuff
This works nicely for me, but I would love to access the apps I install with this instead of using the web page. I also would like to be be able to handle swapping out drives for more space and growing the space as will with this app. Only way I can see to do it is via web interface. That’s small on my phone.

Improvement:
why not list the external backups vertical instead of horizontal? It takes ages to scroll through them and the whole bottom of the screen isn’t used this way

As the title suggests, when logging in all you will see is a perpetual loading screen and then it’ll crash.

Коли користуюсь програмою для мене це щоразу ад.
У мене стоїть мова телефону Українська, однак нажаль програма цю мову не підтримує. І замість того, щоб дозволити мені вибрати одну із мов, які підтримує програма, мені насильно, тобто без права вибору ставить мову англійську, якою я взагалі не володію і не вивчав. Хоча можу спокійно розмовляти польською, німецькою які є доступні у цій програмі

Crash au démarrage juste après l’authentification
Application assez basique mais inutilisable depuis quelque temps car elle crash systématiquement juste après la séquence d’authentification ( qui se passe bien ).
Basic functionality missing
No file access, lots of apps installed on the web app aren’t visible or compatible with the mobile app. Terrible UI. What’s the point of having this app?

Hello, AiMaster can be used to monitor the NAS status, controlling and adjusting ADM settings, and initialize the NAS from mobile phone. Please refer to https://www.asustor.com/online/College_topic?topic=242 for detailed information. NAS Apps installed on the NAS are web based apps, cannot be directly used on Mobile phone. AiData is used for file management, and you can use AiFoto3, AiMusic, AiVideos for Photos, Music and Videos management. Please email to stanleyhsu@asustor.com if any further problems. Thanks a lot.

Dreadful App Dreadful asustor nas drive - it is absolutely hopeless overly complex mess of a unit and doesnt work well - biggest regret was buying this NAS - selling it on or taking to scrap and returning to synology as they work well

App Crashes - a lot
I am not sure what triggered this, but for some reason if AI Master cannot connect to my NAS it just crashes. It does not give me the option of editing my connection. I have to delete the app, re-install it, and re-configure it.
