END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Last updated: May 2026 This Agreement is between you ("User") and SoftmediaTec GmbH, Gertrud-Bäumer-Str. 51B, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany ("Company") for use of the Aimify mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. 1. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. 2. AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24+ hours before the current period ends. - Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before renewal. - Manage or cancel anytime: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. - No refunds for unused portions of a subscription term. 3. PRIVACY AND DATA USE We do not share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide App features such as goal tracking and coaching resources. Personal information is not shared. See OpenAI's privacy policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy 5. HUMAN COACHING Interactions with human coaches occur with your explicit consent. Review each coach's privacy policy before engaging. 6. GOOGLE AUTHENTICATION AND CALENDAR Signing in with Google grants us access to your basic profile (name and email). Calendar access, if granted, is used only to sync your daily plan. Revoke anytime in device settings. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All App content is the property of SoftmediaTec GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SOFTMEDIATEC GMBH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. 10. TERMINATION We may terminate your access at any time without notice. 11. CHANGES We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 12. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. 13.
