Aimigo uses mistakes as learning opportunities: when an answer is corrected, the related grammar point is introduced in context and then reviewed later through our personalized revision system. That said, we understand your point that this can sometimes feel too “negative” or not reinforced quickly enough. Nous travaillons justement à améliorer le naturel des voix, la variété des conversations et la pertinence des situations proposées. Vos remarques sur les thèmes qui reviennent en boucle, les messages de fin d’exercice et le ton humoristique sont très utiles pour nos équipes. Gymglish’s experimental cousin
There’s no use limit like that of Gymglish, but neither is there as much support for learning about the grammar before just speaking or writing it. Every prompt by the AI either asks a response from you or pulls you into the Gymglish course work. The beauty is you have to build the courage to speak/write in response in most cases, but it’s tougher to track the grammatical rules in the same was as presented solely by Gymglish.
I would highly recommend Aimigo if you’re past the main rules of the language and you need support in speech and listening comprehension. The Gymglish backbone will keep the essentials on refresh while you practice conversation. This app feels geared for B1/B2 level learners, so if you evaluate in A1 or A2 I’d wait on it.

Aimigo is designed to encourage active practice, but we understand that being asked to reply in full sentences too early can feel overwhelming. Your comment is very useful and will be shared with our pedagogical and product teams as we continue improving the experience for beginner learners. In the meantime, you can answer with very simple words or short phrases, and the coach should adapt and help you build from there. Thank you for giving Aimigo a try.
Frustrant
Il n’y a pas d’analyse approfondie du niveau d’anglais.
On ne connaît pas trop quels sont nos points faibles et comment les corriger.
Il n’y a pas de plan d’action donc pas de visibilité sur une amélioration du niveau…on parle on parle on fait les exos mais pour rien…bref on se sait pas où on va malgré le temps et l’argent investit…
