It would be a cool app...but, it distorts the picture and makes it blurry...but it is fun to play with I suppose...

Stiil a Horrible app
This is the exact same app as Advanced Photo Effects from the same developer, which is a poorly done, cheesy, low res effects app getting mostly 1 and 2 star reviews.
Changing the name of this app doesn't change the fact that the effects are poor and the app saves at 240x320 pixels--far too low to be usable.
Avoid.
