About
Aioh is for people who play. It measures the effort you put in and the recovery
you got back, then turns that into one useful answer: what is today good for?
It works whether or not you own a wearable.
Log a session in two taps, plan your week, and get a real read on your training
load. If you wear a band, Aioh reads it continuously — heart rate, heart-rate
variability, blood oxygen, breathing rate, skin temperature, steps and full
sleep staging — and does the work without being asked.
Your morning, already done
Wake up and it is waiting: how you slept, what it cost you, what it gave back,
and what to do with today. Deep and REM broken out, the contributors that
actually moved your score, and an honest read on whether to push or back off.
Sessions log themselves
Aioh notices when you have been working — a run, a match, an hour in the gym —
and asks one question: was this pickleball? It already knows the shape of what
you did and guesses from your own history, so confirming takes a tap. Forget to
stop a session and it ends itself, at the time you actually stopped.
Built for the sports people actually play
Pickleball, basketball, tennis, running, cycling, hiking, the gym, and 180 more
activities — each scored on its own terms. A stop-start match is not a steady
run, and Aioh does not pretend otherwise.
The community is free. All of it.
Find people at your level, host a session, join one, and talk about it after.
Intensity-based matchmaking pairs you with players who will actually make for a
good game. No follower counts, no leaderboards, no performance theatre.
Aioh Pro adds the AI coach that knows your training, personalised insights,
your full history and long-range trends, routines, and daily picks. Monthly or
annual. The community stays free either way.
We show you what we measured, or nothing at all.
No invented numbers, no confident-looking placeholders. If Aioh has not learned
your baseline yet, it says so. Every figure on screen came from your body or
your own log.
Background location, and what it costs you
When you start an activity, Aioh can keep recording your route, distance and
pace with the screen off — that is what makes a tracked run or ride accurate
instead of a straight line between two points. It runs only while an activity
you started is running, and stops when you stop. Continued use of GPS in the
background can decrease battery life. You can decline and Aioh still records the
session; it simply stops following your route once the screen goes off.
