Orthodrome is a navigation app that helps users calculate the shortest distance between two points on a map, known as the great-circle distance. It allows for comparison with other route types and offers export options for route data.
The free version of Orthodrome initially provides five export options for route segments. Each export to PDF, CSV, GPX, or clipboard uses one of these options. Once the limit is reached, additional exports can be purchased.
In Orthodrome, you can purchase additional export options in increments of five or ten. Alternatively, you can buy the full version of the app, which removes all export limitations.
Orthodrome is available for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. The watch version offers navigation features but excludes export options.
Orthodrome was last updated on December 11, 2024, with version 1.0. As a new release, users can anticipate future updates based on user feedback and feature development.
Orthodrome has an age rating of 4+, making it suitable for a wide range of users interested in navigation and route planning.
