So glitchy
Please update to fix the glitch please!!!! I can't never let people in. It doesn't open at all. Once I answer the call, it takes forever to activate the button to open the door. Once it activates, it fails. Please update!
Connection lost after iPhone update
Update: have installed several app updates over the months. Still no fix.
Doesn’t matter if on or off WiFi, still no connection.

After updating my iOS, I lost and haven’t been able to reestablish connection. I’ve uninstalled / reinstalled the app, rescanned the QR code … nothing works.
Been waiting for an update to fix this, nothing updated in months.

Terrible
I cannot let anyone in if I’m driving and my phone is on Bluetooth. Probably should fix that.

Thesedays if I'm expecting somebody I just keep standby watching the monitor and open the door first before they buzz because once they do, the app fails. It's annoying as hell.

Too tricky. Swipe answer this swipe takes time then the opening opportunity disappears. This is no improvement on the old system.
Network sucks
I just fixed the app on my phone registered my phone and everything needed to use the app and it’s still giving me connection issues.

I haven’t been able to connect to the intercom since my phone updated its IOS. It’s been going on for 3 months so far. It’s pretty pathetic

Communications Error
We installed this system in our community and have had nothing but communication error issues constantly anytime there’s an iPhone update brings more issues. The system in theory is really good, but that theory does not transfer over to practicality.

Mediocre product that is often frustrating
When folks ring our doorbell, it takes up to 20 seconds for us to answer it using this very mediocre app. Every time I use it I am extremely frustrated.
Doesn’t work with iOS 26.4
Worked until I updated to iOS 26.4. Now it won’t connect at all.
Version 3.04 STILL CRASHES with latest iOS
Used to be reliable. Last 2 versions, including the one just updated, 3.04 instantly crash with iOS 26.4.

The app doesn’t work after the latest iOS update (26.4). Only gives me “Communication Error, Check the network connection” but I am definitely connected

Awful UI
This is one of the worst-designed apps I’ve ever used. When someone attempts to buzz in, you have to answer your phone, tap through to unlock your phone and open this app to either actually answer the call or slide to confirm you want to open the door. If you can do all that without the app crashing, it does work, but more often it either crashes or the process takes so long that the person on the other end gives up. It’s particularly problematic for getting packages delivered as the driver often doesn’t wait long enough for me to go downstairs and let them in. I’ve had to resort to telling visitors not to use the intercom and just call me instead, and I’ve basically accepted that any packages requiring a signature need to be picked up in person.

Updated features allowing me answer my intercom and have access control all in the same app. Greatness!
Absolute trash, do not use this
I’m fuming at my body corporate for installing this garbage, I can’t reliably buzz people into my building because this app is total trash.
