I bought a one year upgrade, but when I open the app I only have the default free functionality. Reached out to customerservice and still no reply after a week.

How do I Authenticate myself with your mobile app? I'm a paid user of the browser plug-in and used google for gpt-AIPRM account/connection but I can't use that on the app?
Side note: pricing model is a little stupid, you've got a great product with an awful amount restriction for personal use at the $9 sub. If not using with a team the $9/month should unlock most if not all features. Limiting 'favorite' and things like that is an d**** move. You'd probably get a lot more users if you adjust subscriptions.
PS, need a Python/django dev?

Paid for Unlimited…am limited
I paid $42 for unlimited prompts and am now getting “please try again” messages anytime I try to use a prompt. I would like a refund as I haven’t even had this app for more than 2 hours. Paying for premium was supposed to give me unlimited conversation with faster processing…my conversations have been limited! How will you fix this or refund my money? ASAP!
