About
Bingo, played across a table instead of across the internet.
Bingo Air connects two phones directly over Bluetooth. No accounts, no sign-up, no Wi-Fi, no mobile data. Put two phones near each other and you have a game — on a train, on a flight, in a waiting room, or on the sofa.
YOU NEED TWO PHONES
This is a game for two people in the same room, each with their own phone. There is no computer opponent and no online matchmaking. One phone on its own cannot start a game.
HOW IT WORKS
One player taps HOST GAME. The other taps JOIN GAME and picks their name from the list. Both tap READY, and the cards deal.
THE GAME
Bingo Air plays the 1 to 25 version — the game known in India as housie or tambola — not the American 75-ball one.
- Each player gets a five by five card with the numbers 1 to 25 in a different order. No free square.
- Take turns. On your turn, tap any number not yet called. It is struck on both cards.
- Every completed row, column or diagonal lights one letter of B I N G O.
- Finish five lines and claim it before your opponent does.
You cannot see their card. Not their numbers, not their marks, not how close they are. The first you know of their bingo is when they claim it — which is how the game should feel.
NOTHING LEAVES THE ROOM
Bingo Air has no servers, because it does not need any. Nothing is collected, nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked. The only thing stored on your phone is the name you choose. There is no advertising, no analytics, and nothing to buy.
MADE WITH CARE
- A design built on paper and ink, not casino neon
- Every number crossed off by hand, no two marks alike
- Small, quick, and it opens straight into a game
