TERRIBLE

This app is terrible!!! But any other system than this system. Support is nonexistent. They never call back. I was told they only have one person handling technical service issues and that she was out sick. Seriously but any other system!!!

Fault everytime

Constantly have to erase and download the app to clear the faults. Clear faults within the app doesn’t work. It will then work for a week or so before having to repeat the app erase and download. Works great when it does. But that’s only half the time

App stopped working

The app worked wonderful until I did the update now it won’t connect just spins and times out. Very frustrating when I’m trying to set the airbag pressure when towing.
If they fix the app, I’ll update review

Terrible!!!!

This app is terrible!!!! It just goes crazy

Trash app

Works when it wants to. spent a lot of money in labor. I will be returning and getting a better product from somewhere else.

The app is just as bad as the product!

By this point you most likely purchased the Air Command, sorry! This app has never worked properly with no customer support just like the bad Air Command itself! How does companies like this stay in business!

App constantly freezes up

This app constantly freezes up. I have to delete, download the app again, then reset the module every morning to get the system to work.

This Firestone product is absolute garbage.
It worked fine for a few months and then suddenly went completely haywire. Originally the presets were set at M1 at 10 PSI and M2 at 20 PSI, and you could manually set the pressure to whatever you wanted within the normal range. Now the system is completely broken. M1 is at 10 PSI and M2 has jumped to 103 PSI, and the system no longer allows you to set your own pressure at all. It immediately jumps straight to the maximum setting.
This is not a minor glitch, this is a total failure of a system that is supposed to work safely and reliably.
I called the Firestone dealership in Livermore, California, where I wasted an entire day of my life waiting for them to install this system. At first they acted like they cared and said they would look into the problem. After that, nothing. No call back. No follow-up. Complete silence.
So I called Firestone’s general customer support number. Their response? “It’s an app issue.” That’s it. No real troubleshooting. No solution. Just a lazy excuse to push the problem off and hope the customer goes away.
This product is defective and the support behind it is even worse. Selling a system like this and then refusing to properly support it is unacceptable.
At this point it wouldn’t surprise me if situations like this eventually lead to class action lawsuits over unsafe products and negligent installation practices.
Firestone has permanently lost my business. I will never buy another Firestone product and I will never use Firestone services again. I will also make sure to tell everyone I can about this experience so they know exactly what kind of junk products and nonexistent customer support they can expect from Firestone.

Should make this app work on carplay

CarPlay

Come on, really?

App will not reconnect to ECU if you get out of Bluetooth range. You must force close and reopen app to get it to connect to the ECU again. Stupid. If there is a leak, the ECU does not automatically refill the bags back to set pressure. You have to tap on the screen and re-set to desired pressure. Also stupid. Last time I will buy Firestone. For the price I had to pay from the company that claims they hold the first ever patent on air suspension, I would expect the app to work.

System not working

I bought this system few ago. Worked great for the first month. Now I am unable to use the system. I try to open it and it goes into the OTA mode and will not go ant further. Need help. I have already deleted the app twice

Looses connection to iphone

Looses connection on iphone blue tooth only way to reconnect is uninstall app then reinstall. But as soon as you go away from vehicle it looses connection and won’t scan back

working perfectly now

Please don’t change it!!

Memory Function

M1 and/or M2 Memory function does not work. Every time I try set either one, the compressor will attempt to inflate the bags to maximum pressure. Sometimes it will not shut off even when I command it to do so and I have to disconnect the module from the compressor to shut it down. Would like to use this memory feature but can’t because it doesn’t work, nor is there anyone to contact to assist with diagnosing the problem. I’ve tried online as well as called and, online, they just complain but no solutions are available nor offered. When you call, they state it’s not a Firestone product issue but a 3rd party developer. Great idea, too bad there is zero support. What good is something if you can’t get service support when you need it? In a word: Junk.

Garbage

App doesn’t look or act like described. Can’t save memory, constant leak detect fault when no leak is actually there. No fault reset. Have to unplug the ECU to reset. Spoke with customer support and only answer was maybe an app update. Firestone needs to seriously correct these issues or stop promoting “wireless”.

Something changed

I have had this system for several years and it worked good. Until yesterday. My air pressure went down over several days I wasn't using the truck. When I opened the app the Red needle started jumping from 0 to 150 and all pressures in between. The Black needles stays where I set it. Hopefully the people that updated this app will fix the issue. I did dump the app and reloaded it from the App Store. The pictures on the App Store show different from the actual app.

Plug and play

I read the reviews when I was about 75% through the install and had a moment of panic with all the people talking about the app not connecting. Let me just say, I have no idea what they are talking about. You literally just open the app after the system is connected. It asks you to create a 4 digit code and then it connects and controls your system perfectly. Literally one of the easiest wireless connection controls I’ve used.

Apple Car Play

App works as expected. Would be nice to have the app work with Apple Car Play. Most newer trucks have Car Play and would enhance the product if it could be controlled through Car Play.

Great Product

Haven’t had any issues with it. Connects every time. The Firestone motor has gone out but warranty covered it so I’m not gonna dock em for it. So far I’ve very much enjoyed the product. Tip: air the bags up prior to adding extra weight to the vehicle or trailer.

A lil tricky but….

Picked up the Tundra today with the new FS airbags installed. Dude at the shop tried to quickly show me how to use the app but he seemed confused when my app adjusted his airbags and not mine. I get home and try a 100 times to connect/pair BT to no avail. The app was in a constant loop of trying to connect. Finally I went into my SETTINGS on the Tundra & looked for the bluetooth settings. I typed the same PIN code that is shown on the Tundra’s BT settings into the Firestone APP. Do not use the 1234 pin - this is the pin the installer of airbags gave me. It has to be matched with YOUR vehicle’s Bluetooth pin code. You would think the geniuses at Firestone would cough up this handy dandy tip instead of letting people who aren’t overly techie hand out bad reviews. The app is great once you figure out how to pair the dang thing to the vehicle. Smh
