Audio does not work
I downloaded this app to utilize for the Audio and I am connected to WiFi at home. It will not download. Resolve the issue and I will give it a better rating review!

Incorrect Answers
Is this a set up? Ridiculous number of incorrect answers. This, amongst abundance of other issues, make it very clear that this company rushed the app out to get their government payout. Pathetic.
The audio book is all wrong
All the chapters are mixed up on the audio book now and it is using old material from 2017, Not the 2019 version PDG. Last year it was accurate and this cycle it’s not.
Errors
Audio book chapters do not follow the same table of context as the book. Chapter 5 emergency management is chapter 17 in the audio book. Then goes ahead and doesn’t even follow the text.

I keep getting an error when trying to add sections of the audio book. It states I need to be connected to internet. Tried WiFi and cell service. Tried different locations. It’s not all the sections but of course are some that I need based on the testing chart.

The app is not letting me download any of the audio when I have internet. It states I don’t have a connection.
Wrong Info
The study aids (flash cards, etc.) have the wrong answers.
Please fix!
Refuses to let me download the audio guide... the whole “convenient” point as to WHY I got the app in the first place! Extremely frustrating!
Errors
The app is great for providing a quick location to access all the information required for studying to make rank which is great; however, I’ve run into the issue where none of the audiobooks will allow me to download them or listen to them at all for that matter. I’ve also noticed that in the self-test feature an alarming amount of the questions answered that are marked wrong are in fact correct. I’ve cross referenced several questions like this that I felt were absolutely correct and they in fact were, yet they were marked as wrong. This is frustrating when you are trying to gauge how well you comprehend the material and are unable to trust whether any of what you answered correctly actually is correct and vise-versa.
Otherwise though very convenient and nice app to have, but it would be great if the errors were remedied.

Incorrect content and unusable features
I find it alarming that this app has been recommended by official channels as a reliable study resource for our Airmen. I’ve found numerous incorrect content on the flash cards, which is most concerning. Additionally, some of the features that would make the app less frustrating and potentially live up to its boast of ease, do not work (I.e. the audiobook feature and Offline function). I do not recommend any Airmen download or rely on this app for such an important task. It’s a little money out of the pocket but I’ve gone and purchased the mcmillian study guide app. The difference is astounding and comforting. Don’t waste your time and feed your anxiety or frustration with this one guys. The cost of a more trustworthy app is well worth it.

Almost Useless
The quiz questions have COMPLETELY WRONG ANSWERS. The only thing this is good for is the audiobook portion—but even that misses the mark. Excellence in all we do? Not so much with this app. I honestly cannot believe this was advertised on the AF Portal.

Good enough for government work?
If you have spent more than a few years in the AF you’ll know that almost everything you are a part of will have things that don’t go the way they are supposed to. This is no exception. I don’t know who edits and corrects this app, but there are many wrong answers that the app identifies as correct. I can’t figure out how the flash card part works. Questions are worded in an odd manner, not referring to specific ideas. I’d pay the $50 for the McMillan app before using this again. If you just want the literature, sure, it works. If you want games and flash cards, I would recommend anything else.

Good idea, needs work!
I started to use this to help study and my favorite part was the audio book. I personally hate reading and loose focus easy so this feature helped.... Well until the app always said I had no internet connection and wouldn’t play the files. The practice test need work and are no better then Quizlets, so you end up with 3/4 answers that are not even in the same subject.

Decent premise, however audio portion will not download or work on iPhone 11.
