Human tutor removal

It’s sad that this app removed the actual human tutors on this app. The AI GPT should have been an option, another category to choose in the app. Not an overall change. For me, the app downgraded.

This app used to be amazing and helped me so much last year, but this year whenever I try to use it there’s a new problem. First it was watching ads and not getting any tickets for it like promised, but now I don’t even have the option to watch ads to get tickets at all. This app went wayyyyy down hill.
