I can’t download your new app as it is only for Malaysian registered iOS account. I’m from overseas living in Malaysia.
Good start but…
You should PUSH water outage info to users so we know that you know already, and let us know when repairs are likely to be repaired, and finally when it is. Our accounts are tied to our addresses so this is easy
Maybe even have a water outage map?
Also make it easier to report as you already know our account numbers so it is very u likely there will be false reports

Cannot complete the complaint form in the app
The account no. Field is disabled , want to submit but cannot complete it
Reduce amount of app update
Stop updating your app software too frequently especially when the user can’t use it until the app is updated.
