Broken
App appears to have fully bricked. I was having trouble with button presses not being acknowledged, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it won’t even let me log in.
Very sluggish
The app is designed nicely, however, the app responsiveness is very sluggish and slow. Almost unusable. Please update and fix bugs.
Needs fixing ASAP
Everything sets up fine, but after some time it disconnects and won’t reconnect or needs to be done a few times. I read another review like this recently and this needs to be addressed and corrected. That’s the point of the app if I can’t use ir how I want.
Unnecessary Info required to connect
Too much info required just to connect to wi-fi and I rather not use this feature.

The bluetooth connection is pretty simple which i liked but the connection between the devices and the app always fails or disconnects after a while. This is annoying since the whole purpose of the app is to connect the devices for easier use but it hardly ever even works.
Works great for me.
Flawless setup with my WiFi electric fireplace. Works great. But the setup prompts you to turn on Location services and Network access. Those are unnecessary with this device. Also I almost deducted stars for how much “personal information linked to you” that is collected from this app. Not cool.
Worthless
An update totally changed the app and removed support for the WiFi thermostat I use.
Not enough automation
The app allows creation of scenes - this is good. I can set it up to run daily, turn on the device, but after that, the configuration is missing some key features. When connecting my TurBro garage heater, The app shows ‘Heat Temp’ Twice.. ok, not sure why, but ok. Neither of the heat temp selectors allow me to select a temperature below 68 degrees. I’m not sure who can afford to heat their garage to 68 degrees.. The app needs a better option to at least go as low as the device can (45 degrees). This is a very unfortunate limitation.

Ez sync method
Keep pressing the display button the Wi-Fi icon should be showing on the remote try pairing the mini split on the app at that time, should work.
Cannot login, useless app
The actual login button does not work. Also, the ‘forgot password’ button doesn’t work either.

App Buggy for APH320 air purifier
The Schedule option is very buggy. I get a 50-50 chance of not turning on and/or off my air purifier. Please fix!

Wir hatten das Problem mit dem Passwort auch. Es lauter werkseingestellt 1234. Danach lässt sich die App gut verbinden und macht ihren Dienst. Bei uns klappts.

The Wi-Fi option is useless. Buy a different brand that actually works as advertised.
Hardware works great. Apps a joke
I have an APH320. So many issues with this half baked app. Giving it 2/5 stars because the unit itself works great at its job. Ok so let’s start with pairing. I had to make my WiFi 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands have the same name because the app would only detect and list the 5ghz band but wouldn’t allow it to connect because the network is not a 2.4ghz band. Which is the only band supported. If 5ghz is not allowed, then why do you allow me to see and connect to it but not see or connect to the real 2.4ghz band network?! This is a common issue I’m finding with many of todays wireless technologies. Anyway, with the WiFi signals operating as the same name, which my router supports thankfully, (go Nighthawk) the connection will work. Next up, is the real kicker and part of why I bought this freaking thing in the first place was to add it to my one-technology-ecosystem I.e. AMAZON ALEXA. tried doing this so very many ways and it never ever EVER works. Tried pairing the device from the app and adding it through the Alexa skill for Airia. Doesn’t work. Alexa wants to literally add the device itself but since it’s already paired with the Airia app, it won’t ever pair. I even tried unpairing it from Airia and then pairing through Alexa but it still won’t find the device in Alexa. I’ve found using the app is relatively simple but it also doesn’t allow for any good features especially in scheduling like changing the fan output / strength from 1 to 2 or 3 etc .. only things scheduling allows for is to turn it off or turn it on. Really really really pointless. All in all, there’s no reason to even use this app aside from getting the unit to actually turn on since it’s REQUIRED to do so in order for it to even work. What a joke!

Beim Passwort setzen sagt mir die App Passwort zu lang obwohl 4 Stellen ausgefüllt bei der ersten Anmeldung!

Fails to register the gateway.
The worst hardware register experience ever. Graphics do not match the product experience. Asks me twice for the same WiFi password. Fails every time to register. Tried to register 20+ times. Super confusing app flow to pair. There seems to be different ways to pair but the user does not get to choose the path.
PLEASE- fix your hardware and software. Don’t continue to frustrate your users.
