Can’t pair both cuffs

The old app worked great. This one will only let me use 1 cuff. When attempting to pair 2 it gives me an error message. Customer support has been responsive but not able to identify the issue. The old app was far superior.

Won’t pause

The old app was functional and much better than this new version. Still works… but the old app was better

Not worth the price

I just got these as a gift and was super excited just to find out that the app doesn’t let you adjust LOP. My options are 80 or 100. I’ve tried restarting the app multiple times and turning the bands on and off but It doesn’t work.
Will probably be returning them.

It literally doesn’t work?

I went through calibration. Now when I go to start a workout it doesn’t inflate or do anything??

Everything works great

Just got my cuffs and the app is pretty intuitive. What a pump on the first workout!

One feature needs to be added for five stars: a rest timer for between sets.

If you could add a configurable rest timer for between sets and autofill the cuffs after the timer expires, it would be less fiddling with the phone.

Even better if the app could count the reps and auto deflate and inflate for the 30-15-15-15 sets. Probably impossible.

Maybe some Siri commands?

BTW: Ignore all the old reviews, all those issues have been corrected. Pairing and use of the cuffs is fast. It only takes about 10 seconds for the cuffs inflate.

FRAUD

Do not buy these. I bought the “bundle” cuffs for ~600USD and they sent me only leg cuffs, no arms. If you contact support there is zero response. Nada. They stole my money.

Not sure if it’s the bands or app malfunctioning

Used the bands for the first time today, got a reading of 275. Then tried it again and it failed over and over again. Please fix this

Don't waste your money

Prepare to spend 15m opening/closing the app to get this thing to work. It's a real momentum killer. BFR is great, but I'd look elsewhere until SAGA gets their product to work. Bummer.

It now only inflates one cuff at at time

I updated the app and now only one cuff inflates at a time. Really frustrating.

It works

I’ve had more time fussing with the app than I would like due to the UI design, labeling and flow not being intuitive. I have always gotten it to work eventually, and the resulting restriction and the feeling seem right. I just think they should take a hard look at what happens in the typical use cases and then simply and clarify what the user sees and goes through

Version 2 broke basic functionality

Version 2 is utter garbage. Removed the ability to manually set pressure levels, and the cuffs now inflate to different pressures for my wife.

Revert to version 1 and I’ll gladly remove this review. But at present, your system is broken. Your developers failed big on this one.

Save Your Money

App barely works. Struggles to calibrate. Often doesn’t even inflate when you want to start workout. Takes several resets, re-launches, etc. just to potentially get the cuffs to properly inflate and get a set done. Product is essentially unuseable.

Newest update makes cuffs unusable

Latest update has ruined the cuffs. Have had to re-pair the cuffs and then get stuck on the calibration window for ages and never progresses. Utter waste of $300+

App Developer/Company Pay Attention & Fix

This app requires you to go to their website to login, which is unnecessary and poor design. When I go to the gym and can’t get cell service or in an area with no cell service I can’t login to the app to use my equipment. It also makes me worried that if the company goes out of business that the equipment will be unusable since it can’t just run off of the downloaded app.

Regarding the equipment itself, I like it and find that it works well.

App crashes, rendering bfr cuffs useless.

Title says it all. Can't inflate cuffs when the app crashes immediately upon opening. Sitting in the gym wasting time uninstalling and reinstalling app, resetting my phone etc all for it to not work. Complete waste of gym time.

Absolutely amazing

I had some trouble with my cuffs, mostly due to my unfamiliarity with them. However, the company stuck with me and completely turned what was a frustrating experience into a terrific one.
A lot of companies chase sales but I believe SAGA is interested in building relationships, and that is very refreshing. Buy with confidence.
