What's New in AirBear

1.0

August 29, 2015

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. We've been listening to your feedback, and we've added a lot. *We know not everyone does only breast feeding, so we added bottle feedings as a feeding option. With a simple Air Bear design, and draggable bottle feeding indicator, you'll be done and log that bottle feeding in seconds. *Added timely push notifications after both breast and bottle feedings. If you turn on notifications, Air Bear will send you up to two reminders for when the next feeding should be. *As parents, we know there's nothing like more data, but we still wanted to keep things simple. Thus we added more important numbers to your home screen with key stats, insights, and interval charts so you can quickly digest and interpret how well that little one is eating. *As usual, we added more *high fives* once you've completed the feed deed. A lot of these are from the AirBear community, so thank you. Your parental sense of humor is amazing. Feel free to ping us on Twitter or Facebook if you have more ideas for our next update :) **Last but not least, we added a history view where AirBear Plus parents can go back in time and see their feeding trends and data over the last week. >>Please let us know how you like the update, and we'd really appreciate you taking a few minutes (when baby is napping) to write us a 5-star review ;)

So close to being great!

This app is beautiful and I love the concept but it has some issues. First, if I navigate away from the app to answer a call or text, it usually crashes and I lose the feeding I'm timing. On top of that, I then can't add the feeding manually, so my totals and timings are off. I would love the ability to edit a previous feeding as well, since I've accidentally ended a few early during a middle of the night feeding when I was super tired.

I also paid for the pro version, and while it's nice to see the past week's information, I thought that purchase would get me additional insights and analytics but it didn't.

Also, tonight I haven't been able to even get the app open past the initial loading screen. This is the first time that's happened but I'm missing my opportunity to log a feeding because of it.

I hope to see these things improved because this app could be great! And I paid extra for it, so I'd love for it to work.

Recommended by our IBCLC.

Our lactation specialist recommend the app. Love the simplicity and the fun. Great way to stay on a perfect feeding schedule.

Simple, easy and drama free!! However

I have been trying out apps for breastfeeding now that I am mom to a 3 yr and 2 month old. AirBear has been by far the best. Tracking to so simple. The app is nice to look at. I would like to upgrade it to the paid version. However I have some concerns - 1) the free app didn't work without Internet connection. Was it meant to be like that?
2) The app got stuck and the feeding session got entered a couple of times. Is there any way I can reset data or deleted a particular entry?
I hope the magic fairy fixes these concerns and I can continue to use the app.
Good job!!!

Big update!

Hope the AirBear community enjoys this. Big upgrade with more data and AirBear PLUS history is huge.
