after they started adding the paywall features it went WAY down. my friends and i don’t even use it that much because of all the ads (ads that shut off my music DESPITE the “open on mute” setting selected)
the logging of songs excluded from spotify is also annoying, and i feel like they’re doing it on purpose to force people to buy premium to get longer ghost mode

great app
i’ve been using this for like 2~ish years now (hard to say), it’s a really cool app and it’s very useful for keeping track of your music and interacting with ppl! i met one of my best friends thru this app as well :D
Lyrics Word Limit
Decent app but when you put a ‘lyric space’ in your myspace there is a word limit. This is extremely irritating because almost all of the meaningful lyrics that one wants to put exceed the word limit. I honestly am considering uninstalling because this is so frustrating.

I really liked the app before but now there so many paywalls. I wouldn’t mind upgrading but the app is too buggy to pay money for. For weeks, it has been including music from Spotify that I have excluded from my taste profile. And the AI customer service bot is not helping. Making me want to no longer use it.

So I LOVE this app!! It’s really fun and a great way to share music- but what’s quite annoying is the inability to talk to people with something more than texts. You can’t send people photos unless you put them on your stage, which is public. PLEASE WE NEED A PHOTOS OPTION

I can’t use this because I ONLY have youtube music. That should be an option since it’s also a very popular streaming app. But my rating is based on other users i know.
Reply feature
I love the app, but one feature I’d really like to see, is the ability to reply directly to a specific message in chat. Like swiping or long pressing a specific message to reply, similar to whatsapp or instagram. Makes it easier to follow up on conversations.

Amazing App!
I love love love airbuds! My only complaint is that there isn’t an option to have the app in light mode, but that’s because I’m primarily a light mode user who’s chronically dissatisfied with dark mode on anything LOL 😂 Other than that I have no issues with airbuds and it works super smoothly in terms of pulling music data and such! :)

paywalls in everything/ slop features
I miss when the app used to just be music and sharing now it’s a bunch of slop stuff like rankings I saw someone else mention it, also everything is paywall like I remember monthly and weekly recaps used to be free and now they paywall, even 5th top artist was free and now it’s paywalled
Suggestion
Hello Air-buds, I would like to suggest something. That something is why don’t we make apple music have the same activity thing just like how Spotify does? Like when you’re listening to music on apple music can it show others that you are listening to it right now instead of just it showing up in your recent listens. Suggestion may sound slow but I have apple music and I wish it can do that like how it does for Spotify.

Please add Tidal!!!
I used to have spotify and used this app regularly to clown on my friends’ music, but because i realized how terrible of a company Spotify is, i recently switched to Tidal. Tidal is not compatible and i dearly miss airbuds with my friends.
Should add more music providers
I currently have Amazon Music added as my music provider but I think there should be more options, for example YouTube music. I use both apps since there are some songs on YouTube music that aren’t on Amazon, and I am upset that Airbuds doesn’t track the music I listen to on YouTube. So that would be a nice fix.

Takes too long to update what songs your listening to which leads to songs skipping over eachother or showing no breaks in the time stamps also very laggy

One of the best Apps for music lovers , see what your friends are listening to and how different your taste can be and also how similar making it a great way to bond with people you would have never thought liked that one artist. Also you can follow artists you like and favourite songs and albums overall such a good app
