Crashes on ipad 10
Hello, as a pilot, I love to read the cases and the documents. However this app on my ipad keeps crashing when I open it. Some of colleagues told me that I need to update it. However there is no update avail for this app. Right now I am about to delete the app and keep following thru my iphone only. Please help me...

Ultra slow download
It’s been months since I experience ultra slow download for the videos. It’s the same when I tried to download from the website. And also please make it available to make multiple download in the background. Thanks!

This APP is not running with new IOS version it needs to be update
Can’t understand frenglish
French narrators have such strong accents can’t understand their English. Difficult for non native English speakers.
Bug
When the popup window closes leaving just the blue WIN background there is no way to get the popup window back and therefore you can’t navigate around the app.
Application shutdown
Cant use application because of shutdown all the time after 5-10 sec open. The same on iPhone and iPad. Latest Version of iOs installed.
