I got a few pings during the free trial, then upgraded to the yearly and haven’t seen a ping in over 2 months. The customer support tab doesn’t load and states there is an error so you can’t even talk to someone
Many problems, not convenient
I didn’t appreciate the unnecessarily long survey at the beginning, that is honestly just collecting your data. Then before you even know anything about the app it ask for you to pay a subscription, and once you get into the app it doesn’t even have searching features to add flexibility on how you want to travel. This app is gimmicky doo doo.

This app isn’t good in my opinion as they only allow SELECT DATES! You can’t select your own dates to fly out they’re given to you instead which sucks. But I literally had it downloaded for 5 minutes before I deleted it.

It’s showing the same price you can find anywhere else. I double checked everywhere. Charging a fee to search flights on their chosen dates! It’s super stupid! Don’t pay for it or use it.

I downloaded the app to see if it was something I’d actually use. It wasn’t, so I never even opened it after that. I forgot to cancel the free trial, and just two days after it ended, Apple locked me out of downloading or updating any apps until I paid the $42 subscription.
If I’d been using the app for a month, I’d own that mistake. But charging someone $42 after only two days for an app that was never used is wild.
Whether it’s Apple, AirClub, or the way their subscription system is set up, it felt less like customer service and more like being forced to pay a ransom just to get my App Store back. Lesson learned.

SCAMMING and Still charged my Account
I wanted to try this app with the “7 day free trial” and it seemed to be a decent app. I decided I didn’t want to keep it and canceled the subscription before the date was up for the free trial. Yet I still got charged the $40 for the yearly subscription. What a scam.
