Soy nuevo en la meditación y me a causado curiosidad aprender esta technical para enfocar mejor mi mente y bueno para mejorarme a mí mismo. He leído algunos libros y e visto videos. Pero esta aplicación me a llamado la atención por que es fácil de usar, es guiada, trata muchos temas y problemas que la gente del común tiende a pasar en sus vidas. La recomiendo mucho.
