Difficult to navigate
I agree with the sentiment of the other reviewer. The app is not at all intuitive. Setting up a schedule is not easy and typically doesn’t stay so I find myself daily setting the timer for the diffuser. This company should really spend some time developing the app.
App not user friendly
I was gifted the AireMaster ScentScapes Home Scent Diffuser that supposedly works with an app via bluetooth or wifi. The app is not user friendly. The app is not intuitive in how to set up a schedule for the scent to be diffused. I have tried multiple times to set and save a schedule but it continues to default back to factory settings. If I close the app, the diffuser turns off. If I leave the app running in the background and go back to it a few minutes later, it resets. Very frustrating!
