AIREC app has a lot of Chinese instructions / tags. Despite looking at many different setting it is never fully English ??
Also a lot of the support elements of the desktop app and on the phone are empty - hence no support!
I attempted to get human support today - nothing happened, 3 hrs later nothing!! It’s disappointing, especially as I see how good it could be. If your selling the product to English speak countries the app should be in English- anything else is just sloppy

Just doesn’t work

It works for the most part
The recording quality really isn’t the best. But the transcription is still pretty doggone accurate so I’m kind of impressed. My biggest complaint is the date and time shown for the recordings don’t match the local date and time and I’m not sure how to fix that when they fix it, I’ll give

업데이트 후 전사 실행하는 척 한문장 적고 멈춰요. 이거 뭐죠??? 화가 나서 망치로 후드려 깨버리고 싶은데 빨리 원복해 놔요. 업데이트하고 기능 떨어지는 기께는 첨 봄. 열받아!!!!!! 내 시간 어쩔건데!!!! 아까운 내 시간!!!!!

连接速度很快，录音还原度不错，比在手机上录音效果好太多，转写也很准，总结AI超棒，还有以为距离很远录音效果不好，想不到录音怎么清晰，超出想象，推荐推荐
Great idea. Poor execution
The recordings are incorrectly dated. Sometimes you click one & it plays another. It’s very slow to transcribe. Great idea, but they need to sort the bugs urgently.

升级了最新的app，ai助手页里，AI按我要求整理的录音要点，居然不能复制了，而且也不能全选。这很耽误工作了。

Ich finde die Aufnahme gar nicht so schlecht auch dass man dann einen Bericht umwandeln kann finde ich sehr gut. Bin zufrieden
Poor transcription quality
I recorded a meeting today and had to copy and paste the transcript into another LLM in order to make sense of it.
Great little unit
I like the slim design, transcription and the way it sticks like glue to my iPhone. The only downside is occasionally I catch the record switch when sliding my phone into my back pocket.
Initially Worked Well
My recordings are not working and not syncing. Worked well for about two weeks.. support for the device is an overseas company and not very helpful.
App user interface
The recorder and transcription is about 90-95% correct. However, my biggest gripe is when they update their app. Twice now after an update, the controls are not working the same or my membership seems to change. Last time I deleted the app and redownload that corrected issue but all my transcriptions disappeared. They gave me more time to retranscribe but that isn’t exactly fast. Now it’s happened again.

최근 업데이트 이후 전사기능이 사용 이 어렵습니다. 한국어 전사 도중 일본어랑 중국어로ㅠ기록되고 전사 정확성도 많이 떨어져 사용이 어려워요

The latest update renders the app and hardware useless as you cannot export any transcripts or summaries.
Useless
Downloaded to use with AURO meeting recording devise. Absolutely useless with the transcripts often being pure fantasy. Sticking with Wave and returning the AURO devise.
No updates possible
The unit suggests an update to a newer version. However, the update does not work. It downloads on the phone but does not install on the device. Customer service suggested waiting for an app update. I waited. The app was updated. The device update still does not work. So, I am stuck with an early version that will never update and will be obsolete soon. No customer service help available.

Don’t waste your money
Actually, I thought it worked ok but then learned over time that the app is so faulty that it is unusable. Don’t waste any money on getting this or the recorder!
Awful app
I can't even create an account. App required verification email to be sent, but I never receive one. The "no verification code sent" option doesn't work either. Complete waste of time.....
