App doesn’t work
After the login, the screen is all white with no further actions available. I have to use the website instead.

Same issue as everyone, I enter my login details and get a white screen. Wild that they still tell everyone to download this thing.

The app won’t load when logging in on IPhone. Hopefully never have to deal with this again.

This app has always been buggy and poorly built. Now it won’t even load - after logging in, you just get a black screen (or white if you’re not in dark mode)

App no longer works. When trying to login it either closes or goes to black screen and freezes.

I was able to use the app all of once before it stopped functioning at all.
Now whenever I try to log in the screen is just white. Nothing ever loads it just goes white after entering my login info. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. I have even had Aires reset my login to try and see if that helps, but neither worked.
I emailed my relocation consultant to let them know and all they said was “IT told me that everything should be fine”

Won’t load
Every time I try to login it will just give me a spinning icon and will never log in. The website works just fine though.
Can’t login
Can’t even get past the login page because the username field does not allow for enough characters.
Outdated and broken
The app is outdated. It won’t let me save any changes or perform required updates for my account. It constantly freezes and crashes. Not impressed with this company or their application (both mobile and web based).
Major issues
App requires manual login, faced and auto fill do not work.

Not in sync and buggy
Still has items from my prior relocation loaded, and does not update to the latest actions being taken for my current relocation. The sync and communication between this app and Aires in general has a lot of room for improvement. Always have to follow up and ask for updates vs the agents being proactive.

Terrible
It won’t let me change my password. It prompts you to change it the first time you login and the requirements are simple. For whatever reason it won’t accept. This app is trash!
Does not work with iPhone
Impossible to add expenses . Click on category and it freezes up. Expense type is grayed out. Write a note in comment and try to submit and it asks you to enter expense type, which is grayed out Highly frustrating and absolutely useless
