AireTrac is the homeowner side of the AireTrac platform. When your HVAC, plumbing, or home-services contractor uses AireTrac on dispatch, you get a calm, readable app that replaces the old game of “call the office and hope someone answers.” PAIR ONCE, SKIP THE PASSWORD HASSLE Your shop texts or emails a short pairing code (and often a one-tap link). Type the code once and you’re in—no long signup flow, no password you’ll forget before the tech even backs out of the driveway. If you already have an email account with your contractor, you can still sign in the classic way; the pairing path is there for everyone else. SEE THE WHOLE VISIT, NOT JUST A TEXT THREAD • Request new service or follow open jobs from a single list. • Pull to refresh so you’re never guessing whether dispatch saw your note. • Glanceable status as your visit moves from pending → assigned → on the way → in progress → completed. • A live map view so you can see where your technician is relative to your home—stop asking “how far out are they?” YOUR HISTORY, IN YOUR POCKET Past visits stay organized in the app. Open a completed job to remember what was done, when it was done, and what you were charged—handy when you’re on the phone with warranty support six months later. WORKS WITH YOUR CONTRACTOR’S AIRETRAC SHOP AireTrac is not a generic lead-gen marketplace. It only lights up when your service company has turned on AireTrac for their fleet. If your contractor isn’t on the platform yet, ask them to reach out—we’re onboarding shops every week. PRIVACY IN PLAIN ENGLISH We collect what we need to show you your own jobs: account identifiers, contact info your shop already has on file, optional precise location while you use map features, and photos or notes you attach to a request. We don’t sell your data to advertisers and we don’t fill the app with third-party banners.
