Do not purchase from this app. eSIMs do not work. Bought one and it didn’t give me any cellular data. Purchased another one and did not get sent a QR code needed for activation. They are non-refundable. Try at your own risk.

Two times I have tried to use Airhub. Works for a day and then just stops. The support is email and it does not resolve the problem. They do not give a full refund. Only a paltry amount back. And you have to fight for it.

Extremely unreliable eSIM & poor service!
I purchased a ‘global eSIM’ for a trip to the UK/US and apparently used it in a country that was not part of the coverage (even though it was supposed to be a global eSIM). The network blocked me and my phone stopped working, without any warning whatsoever. This has caused all sorts of hassles with my travels and I’ve had to purchase roaming through my home country telco.
I have asked for a refund as this company have not provided me with a reasonable answer, nor have they been helpful. Their online chat support lack empathy and care for the customer.
I have received an email saying that my ‘subscription’ would renew, so went to delete my credit card from their systems. I can’t find the area in the app or the website to:
1. delete my credit card, or
2. cancel the account
Now I feel I’m battling with their unhelpful customer service who seem unable to help me find in the app/website where or how to delete my credit card, or delete/cancel my account.
My only avenue now is to complain and to get my credit card company to reverse/contest the charge after it happens - SUPER frustrating!!!!!!!!

A bad experience
I had a bad experience with an eSIM that I purchased. It has a validity of 5 days. Only worked for 1 day. Their customer service was also bad. They were not able resolve my connectivity issue for 4 days. I lost my confidence with them. I needed to purchase an eSIM from Airalo just to have connectivity. I was told that my refund was only 30%. It's not a fair percentage considering I only used the service for a day.

J’ai acheté trois Esim avec eux. Elles ont cessé de fonctionner deux fois. La deuxième fois il m’a même été indiqué que je n’avais plus de giga (gb) alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Aucun check n’avait donc été réellement fait …

Am cumpărat oferta de 300GB, 30 zile la 38,5$ pe Europa dar după 18 zile nu mai funcționează de loc. Am apelat la service dar ei nu ma ajută de loc, ma pun sa le trimit de prea multe ori aceleași lucruri prin e-mail, deja a trecut două zile de când discutăm și nu am rezolvat nimic, nu sunt serioși. Să îmi dea un cod pentru cele 12 zile de au rămas sau să îmi spună franck ca nu se mai poate face nimic! Apelați la alte esim uri, chit că acesta ofertă pare bună!

eSIM doesn’t install - no refund - avoid
I bought an eSIM for Japan. When I tried to install in the country it failed, so I had to get another from Nomad app instead which worked.
Avoid this app. I’ve never had an issue with eSIMs when using Airalo or nomad.
Despite spending a reasonable amount of effort trying to install this with their Chat support, I’ve not been able to get it working. They also won’t provide a refund
