What going on why can’t I login in or request a new password I have family photo in this app that I need to recovered

I was use this app all day without no problems out the blue it’s freeze I delete the app now that I upload it again I can’t request a new password I try the old fashion way but it says it can’t open because the surver can’t be found what going on

I’m not happy with this app because I can’t add siblings & my other child. Also, I can’t find instructions on how to do it either. A bit disappointing.

I like the idea but
1) the family tree is hard to touch to add under the name.
2) no death date for a person.

Upgrade Request
Love the app. Would love for the Airluum contact number to be easily copied or better yet clicking on it offers the option to add the number to an existing contact or to create a new contact.

It was simple for me to get started. I like that I can also upload videos and add my own commentary with audio.
