No longer even opens
Since the last few days, the app isn’t even opening, simply closes as soon as we open. I’m moving to another mail application now as this has made emailing impossible for me.

I loved the app, got on really well for a couple days and then…
The Go Premium ads started, every time I opened the app there was the advert. I don’t want pro, I was quite happy as it was. The only way to stop the ad was to delete the app. So I did.
Update 08/07: Tried again, signed up for Premium. Sadly the app continually crashed, an absolute pain. It is such a shame as I love the look and feel of the app.

Goodbye
This app is good at what it does, but still it is glitchy. However, I am not, and will not pay £30 increase in price for subscription of this email client. This is pure greed at it’s worse. Not only that, nothing new has been added or implemented. I consider a 300% price increase a severe cruel and sadistic blow to its loyal customer base. If the developers can do this, what else are they capable of doing. I for one, even though a long loyal customer, have cancelled my subscription, and deleted the app. All that remains to do now is simply bid farewell.

Shockingly bad and unworkable. Developers don’t seem to care!
I’ve been using this app for years but recently it has become unusable and I literally mean that it no longer pulls emails from outlook. Are we supposed to uninstall/reinstall and go through the set up process again, every time I want to read my email? Don’t bother look elsewhere.
Broke outlook
Since last update they broke compatibility with Outlook/Hotmail accounts. Now says ‘push services error’ on anything Outlook. Gmail still fine. That’s unacceptable.
Constant popup daily popup
If you’re going to offer a free version, don’t popup a message asking me to buy the paid version every time I open the app.
Subscription price QUADRUPLED.
I’ve happily used this for years, but the new yearly subscription price is ridiculous. I’ve cancelled and I’ll be looking for a new email app.

I used this for a long time but now with the updates it is so hard to find the actions on an email after taken. Unfortunately the price is going up to $40 and without major changes I am not going to renew. Airmail team please reach out if you want feedback
Why am I cancel my subscription
While I’ve been using Airmail for years and been very happy with it, I’ve never seen any big updates outside the scope of the visual and today with the big subscription price bump I don’t see any value compared to the modest MacOs mail application

Price increase, for what?
One year price increase from $16 to $60 a year. Absolutely not worth it! Has issues with long back and forth conversations, slow to send emails and update. Then a price increase, so tired of the same thing. Get less and poorer performance from a product but increase the price. Nope going to Gmail or Apple mail.

Used for years, not now
I have used this app for years and it has been brilliant but raising the subscription by £30 is a step too far. Sub cancelled and back to Gmail app. Come back to me when you have worked out your pricing.

Great features, but declining quality and huge price increase
Airmail for iPhone still offers many useful features, and that is what originally made the app appealing. However, the overall quality has been declining over time. The number of bugs, glitches, and features that do not work properly seems to be increasing, which makes the app less reliable for daily use.
On top of that, the annual subscription price increased by more than 640% in the last year. For such a significant price increase, I would expect a much more stable and polished experience.
Unfortunately, despite its strong feature set, the app no longer feels as dependable or well-maintained as it used to.

Overpriced
The app itself is good and I was happy to pay $10 every year to support it. However, they increased the subscription price to $50 and that’s way too much!
Don’t Do It
I first found this app about 6 years ago. I loved it. I downloaded it again a month or so ago. I paid for it. Again. This time it turned out to be garbage. Complete garbage. For the first time ever I asked Apple for a refund. I got the refund. I chocked it up to my bad. About 20 minutes ago the refund I got a month or so ago was reversed. What BS. If you are even slightly concerning buying app, do not do it.

Airmail is amazing and I gave this app a 5 star review but now I gave it a 3 star review because I can’t import from icloud and this app won’t get a chance to set up mail for icloud.
