Crashes on regular basis. Every time if you add a new title in the title edit.
No support for telephoto lense on iPhone 11+
I really liked the app and had planned to record some kids soccer games but the telephoto is missing so it’s hard to get a good close view with out pixelating the whole image
No Portrait Mode
App is good I am able to connect another camera to my main streaming, it will be totally awesome 5 stars if we can change it to portrait mode. Developers please consider that on next update.

Simply the best
This app Live: air remote and its siblings, live air solo, live air action, are the best mobile streaming production apps out there right now. With the limited added ability to cross platforms and remote an android phone into the live action, plus all the free production function you get with the apps. I’ve only ever seen this when I work in the tv news production business, CNN,cbs, and fox. I use the Live: air family for my live pool/billiards streams. The built in scoreboard is great. But I will be using it for many other functions. Used simultaneously with: Samsung Note9, IPad gen 6, iPhone 6s+.

Connection issue
This app used to work with the free version now that I subscribed the live:air Action bundle I’m not about to connect live: air action bundle or live: air action to the live:air remote and cannot get in touch with the developer cause every time I call it say that they currently closed and won’t reply to my issue.

My issue is the Live Air Switcher is not compatible with IPad 4. It don't make since to limited the app with limited devices. If the company want new customers to support this app they should maximize the options. This technology definitely has potential. I don't know why they are spoon feeding this program.

so close, yet so far
It Looks good, the options are all there, its made by a company that makes excellent products... but as you try to link it to the other Live: Air Solo app.... nothing. Yep... just a blank screen on the producer feed. It attempts to reestablish connection, but to no avail. I have other app that have succeeded in this endeavor, but I wish they can fix the glitch because teradek's UI, is by far, the best.

v1.4 is a fail on iPod Touch
Have been using the app for many hours with a iPod Touch 5gen as an overall venue view in a multi-cam live stream setup using 2 camcorders with Vidiu minis and an iPad Air 2 as the switcher. Worked flawlessly until this last update, now v1.4 crashes in under 3 minutes no mater what. Fortunately, I still had v1.3 on my iMac (which is why I never use automatic downloads until I test new versions out) after reverting back to the earlier version ... everything works fine again.

Lots of features shame about performance
This free app works with Live:Air for iPad. With the remote app installed, an additional iOS device can be used as a remote video and audio source. The remote app has many useful features and connecting the remote device with Live:Air is simple. However, having tested Live:Air Remote using a variety of different wi-fi sources/networks, on every occasion the video from the remote device is always choppy, freezing every few seconds. Also although I always set the frame rate at 30fps, whenever it connects to Live:Air, it drops to 3fps. Always 3fps, for no reason. You are also meant to be able to control the remote device from the Live:Air app. I have never been able to get that to work, always having to manually configure the Remote device settings via the Remote app itself. Due to these flaws, I have been unable to use Live:Air Remote with Live:Air which severely limits the latter's usefulness unless all you intend using is the iPad's camera or spending lots of money purchasing video cameras and Teradek's video encoders and transmitters.
I should also point out that the wi-fi networks I have used have upload speeds of at least 10mbps and my settings on both Live:Air and Live:Air Remote are set as low 1200kbps and 480p video resolution. The video works fine sourced via the iPad which has Live:Air installed. Only with the Remote app are there problems.

Shrug
Love Live: Air Solo, but have not been able to get this app to work on either a iPhone 6 and an iPad 2. It is seen in the selection but the screen is only black. On the Live: Solo.

This is a really fun companion app for the Live Air iPad app. The controls are easy and effective, and synchronization is fast. Super fun to play around with!
