Facebook Login Not Supported
I used to have easy access to my Facebook account but recently when I tried accessing my Facebook to use the app I couldn’t log in

Never works for me
Every time I try and go live it never works for me, it always gives me the “Cant connect to live” even on Wi-Fi it won’t work. Hope it gets fixed

“Select Channel” Crashing
Uh oh! With this latest 3.3.1 update the app crashes when you try to set up a YouTube broadcast destination on iPadOS and iOS. Please fix!!
Doesn’t work for livestream to Facebook Live
Every time I try to stream to Facebook Live it fails. No support available to troubleshoot issue.

Still missing baseball scoreboard. I have years using the app this one and the $30 monthly app and still waiting for baseball scoreboard. Thinking in switching to other app that have that option. Sorry
Works well but zoom/wide lens support needs fixing
I've been using this for our Sunday broadcasts at three different buildings for nearly 2 years (9 broadcasts per week). I love everything about it except that optical zoom stopped working sometime within the past year (I'm assuming an API change in iOS 15).
Since the change it only uses the phone's main lens, and zooming is low quality. We place the tripod at the back of the chapel and initially with optical zoom we were able to crop up on the speaker. Now we can only crop up to half the rostrum.

The app is a total waste of money…. So disappointed
We paid £9.99 for this app to be able to record and later download to our iPhone, to my surprise and disappointment , we recorded over an hour clip, hoping that it is stored and can be downloaded today, to our amazement it was 0 recording, absolute nothing to download, a total waste of time in recording a very important clip that cannot be retrieved.
Last Sunday, we use same app to stream live unto Facebook, it was so bad that out of an hour of recording, we only get 15 minutes recording, so dissatisfied. Please help.

Great and almost perfect, just crashes a lot
I love this app for live streaming hockey games, my only complaint is it closes out or stops broadcasting for some reason, it may be the new iOS that it is running under? Any insight to how the settings should be configured best would be greatly appreciated!
Connection drop
I love this app. It works great for what I use it for but there is a big problem. The app crashes and térmites my stream. I don’t know why this happens. My wifi internet speed is good. The other problem is that I get buffering while streaming. I wish they’d fix these two issues and it would be perfect for me. I appreciate the fact that the app is free but these two issues are big and would not mind paying a one time purchase fee for the app if it work flawlessly while streaming.

2 issues
The two issues I had was #1 the stream could drop at any time and you would not realize it unless you happens to see then button to restart. I never failed to broadcast a football or baseball event where that did not happen multiple times. I would say on the average, 5-6 times per event.
The second is 3 different times the sound would get ahead of the video by 25-35 seconds which is significant. For instance we were calling a touchdown play while the team was still in the huddle. This is frustrating because we are looking for a way to add a scoreboard overlay using an iPad as a camera and thought this was the answer.

Impressive!
We wanted to broadcast a ceremony on Facebook using more that a single still shot and this app knocked it out of the park. It was simple to use, could use lower name, full image, multiple video inputs, several transitions available, zooming plus audio level options.
We were very impressed and highly recommend it.

Only 3 titles???
The title says it all.
Record gets lost in space
I keep deleting and downloading the app to refresh settings. When I record sometimes it mysteriously drops the recording. I think it runs out of memory. I also have been removing all notifications and background apps from running while turning cellular, Bluetooth and WiFi off to save memory. Long recordings over 40+ minutes have a hard time. This app worked great on older iPhone and iPads. However something in the new iOS phones is not making this app run very well. Drops mysteriously I think when runs out of memory. Would love a resolution see hockeymap dot com.

Years ahead of the competition!
Like it’s big brother AirMix, this app is a great way to get professional quality with actual professional features with iPhones and iPads. Teradek is years ahead of other iOS based solutions. Bravo Teradek!

-Osmo Mobile Remote Control of Pan/Tilt (DJI SDK Enables it)
-AirPods support for audio monitoring
-Remote recording trigger. Enable local recording start/stop for remote cameras
-Better audio FX for compression, noise gate and eq
-Microphone / Audio source selection. Exactly how Filmic Pro enables audio input routing.
-Remote guests capture. Think Switcher Studio Video Chat, Ecamm Interview Mode, etc. Some kind of WebRTC client that a video+audio feed can be accessed remotely via a web browser. Multiple guests would be game changing.
-4K Recording on remote cameras.

Great app....But...
I love this application and it’s abilities. REALLY want to just be able to pick a local network streaming capabilities... I Have a video Wall Processor that takes in RTSP feeds and this app would be perfect IF it had that option.
You guys make a change and now it doesn't work
Let me know when you have the bugs worked out with YouTube and I'll change my review.
