Too many login timeout and i have to relogin everyday to manage my ac, please fix that asap its annoying
Not Enough Weather Data
Under the weather tab there is not enough information regarding the current forecast. Also, we can not view past weather data. Other than that great digital solution.
Absolutely atrocious
This app is the embodiment of disappointing. It keeps crashing and it’s user interface is hard to navigate through and displeasing to the eye. Not to mention the excruciatingly painful experience of connecting your air con. I genuinely would rather eat nails.

New version doesn’t work
Used old app for years to remotely control Misubishi mini-split and it work great. Mad the mistake of upgrading.
I was hopeful since the new version seems to recognize the unit by point remote control at the airpatrol.
Unfortunately it doesn’t successfully send commands to the unit anymore. Ugh.

Horrible
This app won’t stay connected or actually work to control my heat pump. My Alexa can control my heat pump through the app. But the AirPatrol app won’t even properly load. It’s crap.
Does a good job, with a task that is not all that simple!
There are a lot of air-conditioners out there, mini splits, window units, and portables just to name a few.
It’s no small chore to have so many configurations preconfigured for you, which enables them to provide an interface that is both useful and pleasant to work with.
The portable unit I am using was just released, and I was fearful that I would not find a template that work with it. But after if an email or two to their customer support, I was up and running and could not be more pleased.
Their approach to this complex problem is a unique one, and I appreciate the time and effort that must’ve gone into getting all of it ready for prime time.
So, kudos to this vendor, and many thanks for a job well done!

Depuis la dernière mise à jour l’application plante constamment. Plus aucun contact avec les unités. Svp vous tenir loin de ces produits, qui sont assez dispendieux d’ailleurs.
Crashed during demo
The app crashed during the demo within 30 seconds. It also doesn’t have an iPad version which is also 1 start worthy, and more importantly, hasn’t been updated for any device past the iPhone 5, so pretty much hasn’t been updated in the past 4 years.
Works like advertised
I bought the AirPatrol WiFi to replace my old GSM based remote control system for our Panasonic NE air heat pump. This app, which controls the AirPatrol unit increased functionality as far as settings on the heating unit compared to my old system. It seems responsive, fast and stable. I have not experienced any loss of connection so far (only a week).

Better than other solutions with room to improve
One hiccup I've experienced with AirPatrol since installing in June is they tend to randomly get confused, lose their connection to wifi and/or fail to communicate from my iphone to the AC units. It's not clear if this is a server issue tied to AirPatrol or if I'm having wifi issues in my house. Everything else on my wifi appears to be working when I have this issue.

Timer crashes app & main screen doesn't retain current setting
Whenever I set timer to turn Air Con off it crashes the app.
Press Status - reverts main screen to previous settings. Mostly when I set previous settings using favorites.
Was a good enough app but it's starting to get full of bugs. Each release seems to stuff up something, starting to lose some great features

Lots of bugs
There is bug in app, notifications section is not working at all.
Works like garbage
Good luck getting this thing to connect. I had it working but one day I changed my WiFi network name and had to reset this and that was the end. It is incapable of connecting to my network anymore.
Needs more
Timer needs more functions. Programmable turn on time AND off time for one. A repeat function that stays on until turned off. Otherwise I like the unit and it works with my Senville mini split.

Compatibility?
The product claims compatibility with "all major brands" yet it works with neither Honeywell nor Haier. Since I bought two, I'm now doubly frustrated.
