Horrible customer service
Took them 20 days emailing back and forth only to tell me they couldn't locate my purchase THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. Once I refunded through Apple they are like oh we can confirm the refund and your purchase now yet they deducted 20000 coins, 500 gems and 750 gas FROM MY ACCOUNT. Note *** THAT I NEVER RECEIVED *** I already spent hundreds in this game. Felt scammed.

Bug
This is a great game but recently I’ve noticed a bug. I’m playing in Sydney and when playing the game sometimes it saying I have no vegetables even when my vegetables are full. This makes it so I cannot click on the vegetables to place on the table to serve to customers. Sometimes it only bugs for a minute and sometimes the whole game. This leads to me not being able to get stars on the level and having to waste more petrol to try attempt it again. This is really annoying and a shame because it is a good game.

FIX THE ADS PLEASE
Absolutely love this game. But currently there is a bug with the ads because it says the ad failed to verify so I can’t get double coins, so I’m watching ads for nothing! I have to continuously close and reopen the game for it to work. PLEASE fix, I have really been enjoying playing but this ad problem is so annoying. 😭

It takes too long for a fuel.
I love this game. It's one of my most favorites but 12 mins only for a fuel, which means basically I have to wait for 120 mins just to play a 3-minute level. That's ridiculous. You are letting yourself down.

apple pencil not working? solution here!
this game is great and super fun to play when you’re bored. In some reviews i’ve read that some people can’t play using their apple pencil even though they saw others using the apple pencil. Well, that’s probably because you have scribble on in your apple pencil settings! To play using the apple pencil, turn off scribble so there won’t be any lines appearing in thin air.

Always glitching during a game
Ultra-difficult level not refreshed
On 8.18,when i opened the dotfware normally,the daily tasks refreshed as usual,and a new chef showdown level appeared.However,the super hard level has not appeared,and there has been no related announcement.
Pay to Play
I initially loved this game. Even didn’t mind investing a bit of money to getting coins and gems. But you literally cannot win the main challenges without upgrading EVERYTHING! I also noticed even when upgrading certain things it still doesn’t make a difference until you max out on upgrades. For the sake of my sanity and pockets I will be uninstalling this game.

Super fun yet super annoying
so this game has been popping up all over instagram in ads, so i decided to give it a go and it's super fun!! i love the mechanics, but as soon as i left the first station in Denver, it went downhill from there
i don't make enough money to progress as quickly as i'd like to. it feels very pay to win, where i'll have to use real money in order to get more in game money, gems, and fuel. extremely annoying to struggle to even get one star in come levels because i physically cannot afford to buy upgrades

I love this game but it doesn’t want to work with my stylus. Please fix this issue!!
