Always freeze’s
The game is pretty fun, but I am getting tired of having to open and close the game every time I watch an ad because the screen freezes this happens like multiple times a day and it takes way too long to get fuel like I have to wait eight hours to get 50 fuels which I think is kind of ridiculous. Another thing that’s kind of annoying is if you replay levels, you only get about 150 coins versus getting new stars where you’re getting maybe 500 to 1000 coins and the only way to double your coins is to watch an ad, so it’s really hard to build up coins if I’m replaying levels.

Fix pencil support
This game is fun, but the Apple Pencil support is broken. Every time I reopen the game, my Apple Pencil starts drawing instead of tapping buttons, making the game unplayable. Reinstalling the game fixes it temporarily, but the problem always comes back after I exit and open the game again. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. It’s very frustrating.

아니 제발 광고 오류 좀 해결해주세요ㅜ 연료 부족해죽겠어서 광고라도 보려니까 광고 봐도 보상 안 주는 오류가 너무 많이 일어나요,,, 같은 광고가 계속 반복되는데 그게 오류생기는 광고면 뭐 어쩌라는거죠,,,,, 점검 보상으로 보석이라도 주든지ㅜ 게임은 너무 재밌는데 할 수 있는 시간이 너무 제한적이라 짜증나네요
Ads don’t work for bonuses
I actually enjoy this game. And I would give it five stars, however 80% of the time when I watch an ad to get double my bonuses at the end of round the “ad provider failed to verify the ad reward”

Aggressive monetizing and bugs.
This game has one of the most aggressive, annoying money hungry monetization systems I’ve ever seen. Watch 5 minutes of ads for 1 fuel (you need 10 to play one game BTW) watch 10 minutes of ads for a single gem (you need Multiple to upgrade anything BTW). They’d be a much more popular game if they cut back on the need for constant ads, and were less stingy with gems. At least give players the ILLUSION of this game being winnable without paying for anything and not watching 10 billion ads.
Also I’ve had multiple level ending screen freezes, and audio glitches. also you have to have headphones to hear any sound? Idk if that’s a feature or a bug tho. All in all I would not play this game, not in its current state.

Difficulty increased
New airport is way harder than before, even if you pay for the upgrades. Will stop paying, feels really greedy
Poor customer support, ads that are supposed to give you rewards give you nothing.
I have watched ads to get the double cash bonus, but every single time after watching the entire ad i don’t get the reward bonus and it says “The ad provider failed to verify the reward”. I contacted customer support and provided proof from a screenshot and was told this is “out of their control” because it is a “third party issue” and to “keep trying”. If it’s a third party issue why does it happen with every single ad? They obviously are not all run by the same provider. it is clearly an issue with this app. I have continued trying and this has happened countless times. This app profits from people watching adds, and to offer an in game reward for watching an ad and then NOT give it once you watch the ad and then telling someone to “keep trying it” so they can continue to profit is criminal. I will be filing a legal case against the developer.

Reward ads
You have the option to unlock some spices to increase the price of an item. When you click on watch ad, it takes you to an ad you can not exit out of to go back to the game so u have to close the app, and when you reopen it, it shows you didn’t get the reward because you didn’t watch the ad. But you can’t ever get these rewards cuz the ad doesn’t give u the option to exit so u keep closing the app

Issues using apple pen
Originally I have always used my pen to play this game, it’s the best way to play but for so reason about 3 updates ago it stopped allowing me to use my pen. When I try to use my pen it writes on the game screen instead of clicking which is causing me to not be able to play with the pen. I’ve updated the app twice since the issue started in hopes the bug would be fixed but it still is not. Frustrating me enough that I haven’t played since this started, prob deleting soon if not fixed

Fun but expensive
The gems are genuinely so hard to get naturally and they’re expensive to buy. Pretty much EVERY upgrade takes gems. So it gets to a point the levels are basically impossible unless u pay

i used to love this game but theres too many bugs. first off, im serving all the customers but at the end i dont get 3 stars. then my game freezes. but it doesn’t completely. what freezes is me serving food. WHILE customers get angry. fix ur game man its fun snd great but this makes it so unenjoyable.

Daily Task Is Not Achievable at My Current Progression
The daily task “Serve 10 trays within 5 seconds” must be completed five times, but it is effectively impossible at my current progression. I have only unlocked Singapore up to Level 35, and the available stages do not generate enough tray orders at once. Daily tasks should be based on the player’s unlocked stages. The fuel cost, excessive tapping, and 20-fuel reward are also badly balanced. Please adjust this task.
I genuinely enjoy the game and regularly make in-app purchases to support it. Thank you for your continued work and for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope this task can be adjusted to make the daily challenges fairer and more enjoyable for players at different stages of progression.

Broken ADs
There are so many ads that don’t have an option to move past the advertisement.. there is no x button no matter how long you wait or where you click, you are then forced to quit the app and start over, this happens very frequently. The game is enjoyable otherwise.i don’t mind ads but make them functional.
