Random freezing
I love this game don’t get me wrong, but there is just one issue, the game freezes completely forcing me to restart the app, it can get really annoying especially when I’m too focused on the game, I hope you can fix this. Overall, this game is very enjoyable and helps to past time.
touch unresponsive
lately the game randomly stops responding to any touch input halfway thru a level that it becomes unplayable which sucks as i really love this game, i thought the issue was with my apple pencil but it doesn’t respond to normal touch either and on reddit people seem to be having that same issue, please if this could be fixed as this game is very fun but impossible to play lately

Server loses items, support rotates 3 agents to stall — 10 emails, zero resolution
> On July 30, a server-side network error erased 100 fuel and 6 diamonds from my account mid-session. The Chinese server works perfectly on the same device at the same time — proving this is their server issue, not mine.

> Over 4 days and 10 emails, support rotated through THREE different agents (Luna → Saule → Luna), each asking me the exact same questions I had already answered. Every reply was a variation of "still investigating, please wait" — with zero results, zero timeline, zero accountability.

> They first said "compensation is not available," then changed to "compensation will be applied if confirmed," then rotated to a new agent who asked me the same questions again from scratch. This is not an investigation — it's a stalling tactic designed to make players give up.

> The ad reward system is also broken: 7 out of 10 ads show "Failed to verify reward" after being watched in full. 70% failure rate. Support blames the third-party ad provider, but the ads are served inside their game — they are responsible.

> Fuel costs 10 units = 2 hours of real-world waiting. 100 fuel = 20 hours, completely wasted due to their server failure.
