Worst card ever

Impossible to register for app use. Requires PIN every time. No SSO. Login fails forcing unnecessary password resets. Terrible customer service.

Apple Pay missing

I miss Apple Pay to be able refund the Credit Card directly in the App.

Almost useless

When I really need to view my card detail like number, exp. date and CVC code then I do not find this BASIC function which every other card app have… Try to think about this… Other things like upload attachment work well.

App keeps logging out

The app keeps logging me out which is highly inconvenient.

Needs improving.

No chat option on app or online. No English speaking options when you call, your competitors do have this. Unable to see card details on the app as all other companies provide, so back to having to carry a credit card with you, lose your wallet and someone finds your card, less secure than having all on your phone. Overall, a company that seems to be stuck in the last decade.

Pin Code

Under frequently asked questions, it states, “ You can always view your PIN code in the Eurocard app by going to the "Services" tab and then "View or unlock PIN code".

Unfortunately there is no such tab on the app.

Can not login by MITID

Ask cookies inside the app and denied by itself.

Good for minimum activity

When too much use, it becomes cumbersome to keep track of your expenses. No reminder on fees, limits, and rules regulating the card, especially in the countries you plan to visit. Good info: currency rates automatically sent to you with geolocation. Good point: quick way to block card using the app. Could be greatly improve with new feature like use of automatic invoice total bill amount bank transfer from our regular personal bank.

Card often stops working

This card often stops working without warning via the app or text to phone number on file. Usually on a Sunday when you can’t call anyone for help. Sometimes it’s just a case of using chip and pin to activate the card again.

Ottima. Direi.

Ottima.
Però avrei la necessità di utilizzarla con
Apple Pay.
Potreste aiutarmi?
Grazie……

Login Issues

Much improved app

Doesn't allow login.

Have tried several times. It doesn't allow login and is useless.

Invoices lost.

All invoices have disappeared with the new app.

Poor

Very little information at hand

Won’t store user id

The app no longer stores my customer ID meaning I have to dig out and get a text every time I want to login. I don’t know if this is a bug in the current version or a decision but it’s most annoying. Please revert to storing these details...

Log on

The app looks great - still waiting to get some more experience with it.

But why do I need to press “log on” every time I start the app? Why don’t you just scan my face (Face ID) and log me in automatically?

In construction

Why not printing automatically a monthly statement and export it?
