The airscape fan is great; I can vouch for that. But the controller doesn’t work at all; doesn’t even see my fan.
Doesn’t find my fan
Use the green airscape WH fan controller. It works. Even after manually entering the the UP address the buttons to control the fan don’t work on the app. Airscape needs to update it. The Green Airscape WH Fan Controller app works hope the developer keeps it updated.
Awesome fan, but a so so app
Airscape is the best whole house fan on the market period! But the app could use some updates. The scan feature is not reliable, the fix is to reserve an ip address for your fan so the app knows right where to look every time. The app has lots of data but its only there for informational purposes. The fan should utilize its ability to sense indoor and outdoor temps to automatically turn the fan on and off? Example; If your AC is set for 74F and the outside ambient temperature drops below 73F then the fan should come on. Even if the AC is currently set to run, the cooling effects of the outside air will keep the house cool enough to keep the AC from running. The app should also have a low limit to turn off the fan if it the indoor temp gets too low. So the fan should run if the outside temp is below 73F and the inside temp is above 70F. Seems simple enough right? Come on Airscape, a little more work and it will be the best fan AND the best app!

Great fan, good app
I love my Airscape whole house fan and have run it every night this summer to cool the house for the next day. I had to program my wireless router to reserve an IP address for the fan so the app knows where to find to the fan. I never had luck when using the “scan” feature to search for and connect to the fan.

I have been using this fan and app for the last 4 years in my house. I have in the workshop another brand fan and this one is much better. Thinking of replacing the other fan with airscape.

IOS 10.3.1 Broke App
The app generally works fine and I am satisfied with it. The latest update broke the app though. It will not launch.

Scan doesn't work on latest iOS
I have two fans in my house. Can't discover them anymore with the scan function.
Needs an update
Pretty poor app but it does turn the fan off and on. Would be nice not to have to be on the same network too.
Easy Peasy!
Having just installed my Airscape 4.4, I was having a hard time connecting my fan to the network. Knew they had this app coming out sometime, so I searched and there it was! Took all of 2 seconds for the app to find my fan and lock it in.
App works awesome and let's you know all you need to know about what it's doing. Waited a while for this and am glad it's here! Thanks Airscape!
