Totally disappointed

You did this major "upgrade" and now the app is not working properly. I have the AirBrush photo app as well and it's not working either. Both are paid up for a year. I'm so angry right now. Plus, it's nearly impossible to reach you for a complaint and that makes it doubly sucky
