Not working as well as before
I used this app with my old wheelchair briefly before I broke chair. I just got the latest model and sadly the app crashes and I can't use my new chair driving by phone. its kinda the reason I wanted this chair. I updated the app recently and it's the same as QR code one. Could you please squish this bug, I remember app being fantastic thank you

Speed setting
There is. A issue to the speed. Setting. Of the app. I have to change. To maximum. Speed every single time. To ride my bike. It should. Be set it and forget it. But. The app resets to low. Speed. Every single time. I turn bike. Off. That’s a major issue!!
A quick question
Can the Q5 connect to the app
Keeps kicking me out of app.
I bought the c5 helmet. Would be great if the app actually worked, but instead it just boots me back to my home screen. It doesn’t let me delete photos either and keeps disconnecting my helmet from the app.

Every time you upgrade anything the device stops communicating with the wheelchair, now every time I try to connect I get the message device has disconnected. Wish I had never heard of this mob, no reply to emails to service either

This is a terrible app I will never use it again !!!!!!
Can’t connect any more!
This app worked really well but occasionally slow to pair. When I got a new phone I was no longer able to connect, said old password not working, I am not aware the default password was changeable. I have tried to contact Airwheel and the supplier but can’t get any help. So the app is pointless now.

Works. Took a lot of work to get it working.
So, When I first started using the app it was a nightmare - it was really hard to get it to connect, it wouldn’t stay connected,...the UI was challenging...
I’m not sure if it got better or I just got used to the quirks. First of all once I have a connected device, if I only open/use the app when my device is completely on, I have no big problems. I have renamed my device. If I turn the device off and later back on, it automatically connects if I start up the app last. Even if I don’t, it usually only requires a click on the device name when it reappears to reconnect.
It doesn’t accurately measure battery capacity – it estimates capacity based on current voltage, so it can be wildly off, especially while the device is in use!

Quite a poor app
An app which actually does not make the job. Keeps disconnecting all the time, user interface not intuitive, can not make the firmware update - after downloading the update it starts over as it has not been downloaded. Needs a lot of improvements!
Poor support
I’ve owned an S8 for a few months and have continued to try to contact someone who might assist me in connecting the App to my S8. When I try to pair, I get a pop up telling me my password is insufficient despite never having entered any password or reaching any point where I would be able to enter the preset password provided in the user manual.

Try 11111111, that's the factory installed password and once your in you can change it. Best to write your new password down in the manual someplace.

Password required to connect longboard??
I can't connect the longboard to the app because it requires a password. Costumer service won't respond to my emails. Considering returning the board

App is not working....
I am disappointed thought this app would be straight forward no issues. I have installed this app on iPhone 4s but the app will not work I have tried troubleshooting and still no success.... help...!!!!!!!
Waste of space
App doesn't even work. Can't even add my S3 on it, have tried several devices not one connects. No instructions, not functioning app

Something wrong with that people
Impossible to connect, impossible to use. No support at all. This is the example of products will never sell because of horrible support.

Instructions?
I need some support for how to use this. For starters, it asks for a password in order to pair with my Airwheel, but I've never set a password.

Needs instructions. All I get is dumb errors.
App doesn't connect with airwheel rover
No instructions on how to connect, can connect via Bluetooth for music, but keep getting dumb errors using the app, saying create connection before using bruetooth. Would be nice to actually be able to use this app.
