Always reverts back to auto

Very frustrating. If changed to a setting other than auto (heat, cold, fan) it switches back to auto. Auto also shouldn’t be a setting since it causes the system to try and flip flop between heat and cold in order to stay at the set temperature. Ultimately it paralyzes itself.

Absolute Garbage

The app is constantly kicking me out, the devices lose connectivity, and now I can’t even sign in the app as I get a continuous error “Sorry an error occurred. Please try again later”. To top it off, if I change anything from my thermostats, they flash from the temperature I am trying to set to what was previously set. Don’t waste your money like I did. Buy OEM WiFi adapters.

Temperatures do not match

There is about 6 degree F difference between the app and what’s actually happen.

Hello. We would like to inform you that the temperature is measured by the probe in your unit or by its remote control. We advise you to check this with the manufacturer's after-sales service if necessary. If it's a problem refreshing the data from the app, you can also do a "System detection" from Airtools. Shutdown?

Normally I would rate a 4, because it accomplishes its intended goal fairly well.
But I now seem not to be able to log on anymore over 2 weeks. Tried contacting company, with no response. Looks like website might not be maintained anymore?
Tried resetting password, and get same “sorry, and error has occurred” message. Tried deleting and reinstalling app.

I’m open to help if company is in business still?

Temperature units

The app doesn’t allow you to change the temperature units from Celsius to Fahrenheit. under settings, it is gray and cannot be toggled

You can just turn on / turn off the AC.
No timer setup, no setup to limit the temperature.

Login issue and model number

I can’t login after trying to reinstall the app on my phone. It gives me an error, “Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later”. It kicked me out of the Aidoo app after adjusting my Alexa settings

Setting is always in Celsius. Can’t change setting Fahrenheit.

Can’t change setting from default Celsius. I need Fahrenheit but can’t change.

10 years old aircon now on wifi

It’s incredible to be able to add wifi to my daikin unit. The setup was really easy. This app told me which Aidoo to order. Now I use the main airzone app for the daily use.

I exchanged emails with airzone thinking they made mistake on working temperature vs room temperature for Daikin but they answered it was my internal unit that needed a better tuning of the local settings.
