Registration issue
After entering OTPs it shows “something is wrong”. Tried several times, but facing same issue. Even deleted and reinstalled in iPhone but no result. At least it should mention the type of problem.
OTP not getting in phone
I have tried 8 to 10 times to re register in my new phone. But I am not getting the mobile OTP till date.
Getting error as something went wrong
I am trying to access the app from Qatar. I couldn’t able to login, getting error as something went wrong. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Disastrous Government App Experience - Credentials Provided, No Functionality
My experience with the government app was a complete disaster. Despite providing my credentials, the app failed to function properly. It constantly crashed, froze I strongly advise against wasting time on this app until the developers address these critical issues.
Sign in issue
After putting the pan and dob in the next page thr is a bug as i enter my mob number which starts with 88 the proceed button freezes and if i put a mobile number starting with 94 the proceed button works fine…please fix this asap and let public with mobile numbers starting from other digits then 94 enjoy the tste of govt aid.

As an NRI.
In the app you can’t register with your registered OVERSEAS mobile number then how can we use the app. It doesn’t seem to have the facilities for lesser than 10 digits to be accepted even though the number registered with IT is the overseas mobile number.

App needs improvements
App is really good to check AIS/TIS but it should support multiple PANs registration as a person normally has multiple PANs to deal with which may be related to PAN of his partnership firm / company and his individual PAN and also of his HUF or for a trust/society where he/she is a trustee / member.

Not working on iphone 14 pro
After entering PAN and DOB it is going to the next page which is asking for mobile number and email but after entering those, the Proceed button is disabled and i am unable to move forward

Logging in issues
Every time it’s asking PAN number, date of birth. Every time OTP is generated and sent to registered mobile and e mail id even after complying with these steps successfully at the time of installation of app and after creating MPIN. No doubt the app is displaying all the tax data details available in income tax portal of the user.

Great initiative to know the status with a few taps
It’s a great initiative by the GoI to create an app to see the AIS/TIS real-time. The app works silky smooth and helps you track the IT related information with a few taps on the screen.

The mobile app provides summary of all information in TIS/AIS without logging into portal. Feedback on information can also be submitted on mobile app. More features should be added.

How does this app work
It works horrible. In iPhone I downloaded it and after that from verify the app does not respond. I think when the finance ministry are so Jung Ho about their app they should share it in the public like this.
This leaves a bad taste in the minds of the public and the assessee and people give out very bad opinion about it. I suggest that the governments do their home work before they put in in the portal for public consumption

Very Good Initiative from IT Dept.
Its a nice initiative from IT department. Hope Soon it will come out of initial troubles, which are common for all technology platforms.
I wish to have the following features in the app.
1. Facility to submit returns through this app.
2. Facility to pay advance tax/ self assessment tax
3. Feature to include family member’s accounts.

Working smoothly with limited options
I have just got this app installed on my iPhone 12 mini, and it works like a breeze.
Basic information like the total tax, tax that I have paid, the refund issued, date of refund, etc. were available for the past three years. you can also see the status of the current TDS deposits.
Accessing the app required my PAN card, number and date of birth, and OTPs are sent to both mobile and email. Once I logged in, I was asked to generate an MPIN. After that I was able to login with MPIN. remember, you need to redo the whole process if you logout of the app. So just close the app, and don’t logout after use.

Works well
Initial users probably had issues based on reviews, but it works well. I was able to login and input required details to get AIS.
Nice app But need improvement
App is working fine . There is some issues in login but I hope it will be resolved in future.
