Bad experience
It wouldn’t let me create an account at all. I never gave me the option to. The only thing I could do was put in my mobile number but it wouldn’t let me put the whole number in. So it wouldn’t let me watch anything.
Cannot cast on TV by iphone 12
Aisplay app cannot cast on TV. I use iPhone 12 which can cast long time ago, what happen?

How do you sign up
I was looking for a way to sign up on the app. It only allows you to login. Help
Too much unavailable content
I don’t think the user interface is as bad as others make it out to be - though there is quite a bit of room for improvement. My issue is that very, very little content is actually available in the United States. And you have to select a program and then sit through advertisements before you even find out it is not available. Why even have the app available in the US if the content is not? I’ve uninstalled this. AIS Play exclusives just aren’t worth the hassle…especially if the few I want to watch aren’t even available on their app.

What I think about this app
Ais play is so great I live in the United States an I can still watch this and nothing happens when I am on the app I give this a 4.5 out of 5
No Subtitles
I want to watch some of the shows, but they don’t have subtitles. It makes me sad! Let me know if/when you get subtitles and I’ll be back.
Aesthetically pleasing, but…
Unfortunately, the only thing that I can get to play are the Ads. Then I get a message that says “Video is unavailable!”. I also hope that if/when this gets fixed, the developers will make sure that the subtitles (English) work as well. Also, the ‘Search’ and ‘More Options’ buttons may need to be given their own space instead of being layered on top of the ‘Preview/Ad’ window for easier access (takes multiple tries to select). And, the ‘Search’ button gets lost if there is a white background from the ‘Preview/Ad’ window. Hope to see this app doing better in the future; until then, one star is the best that I can give.

I’m from the U.S and it won’t let me use my number
Doesn’t get better
They keep releasing updates without fixing the obvious bugs. The whole UI isn’t made for iOS15. This app is unusable.
