Everytime I try to export a video it just says that my internet isn’t connected when in reality it is, it’s just the app itself, and there are lots of other bad reviews of this app and seeing how this app really is, I’m taking my business elsewhere
Scam!
This app is obviously a scam! You top up you credit. Every time you push a translation subtitle so task it’s taking the time from your credits and then complaining about unsuccessfully server connection. In that case it’s not refunding anything. Who at Apple reviewed that app?
Poor Server
I am a Subscribed Member and have used this app couple of times but today after generating the subtitles a popup is coming and it says that 'There's been problem reaching the servers, Check your internet connection and try again'
My internet is perfecly working so i suggest check your servers and repair it asap. Also there is no way to contact or to reach you guys

Literally the worst app ever
It would not transcribe my video. Wouldn’t create the subtitles. Then I signed up since I thought maybe it was just a glitch. I kept trying to upload and create subtitles for my video, and it kept telling me there was an error. Meanwhile it kept deducting time from my credit.
Spending money on an app that doesn't work!
The app includes a major bug where randomly it won't allow it's users to upload and edit a video. Very painful.
Doesn’t work properly
The exported video in free version is upside down🤦🏼♀️ it’s nonsense. Unfortunately I won’t bye subscription as I’m not sure in its proper work.

fix this (quack)ing bug
So one day at night I was doing a captions for like Eminem’s fast part in godzilla, at first the lyrics were funny, but then like it got the right lyrics I was surprised, so today i was gonna like do one on rap god but it said “audio speakers dialog add” like you are so lazy, I don’t know the lyrics of the (quack)ing song! You (quack) fix it, I’m annoying, I’m ok with the (quack)ing watermark, but not the (quack)ing (quack) (quack) (quack)ing bug, I (quack)ing hate it.

Can’t export the video
After paying for the watermark to be removed, I wasn’t able to export the video even though I granted access to my photos (like the pop message said). Also, I had to translate all the words since it didn’t even did that properly.

I paid and doesn’t work
I got charged $4.99 my subscription id until june 15 and i wasn’t able to use anything “still have the water mark” and it doesn’t put any subtitles i have to do it manually, conclusion , you stole my money and you app doesn’t work! HORRIBLE APP I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The captions weren’t that accurate and the it just stopped working one day. So annoying
Does not work for music videos
I thought it wasn’t working because I was trying add lyrics to my music video but the app keeps freezing and glitching. It literally doesn’t work and I already paid. The problems are reminding me of Android apps 🤖

The app will miss a huge chunk of clips from your video, witch is very annoying and it’s not free for it to work properly you have to get a membership

Literally just doesn’t work. I keep trying to upload my video and it just takes me to the main page. Can’t even get my video into the app in order to create the subtitles. Just purchased the 65 minutes of subtitles credit and can’t use it, and there’s no customer service option for the app when it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

On the purchase page it claims by paying you can select 20 minute clips, but the can’t the app is infuriating to use clunky and unnavigable. I couldn’t make a video it was useless. It’s a shame because the subtitling actually automatically did detect 90%. But you really can’t go back and correct the lines because the program is so flawed. Once you start moving around the application the word stick on the wrong sentence it’s a nightmare
