Disappointed - frustrating

I have been testing various artificial intelligent programs. I am a retired computer programmer so I find this technology interesting. I down loaded AIVA today and when I open it, it goes immediately to enter my email and password. No setup an account type of screen. I have tried various thing, but cannot bypass. The technical support link takes me to a company called Master Power Technology. Nothing there mention the app.
